What an unfortunate experience! Although billed as a good place for business travelers tomstay, there was no wi-fi (only LAN cable, which didn't help, as I only had an iPad). When I asked the front desk what to do, they had no suggestions. I had to find an Internet cafe by wandering around town. Also, the air conditioner didn't emit cool air (even on the high setting). In fact, even if it HAD worked properly, I would have had to shut it off to sleep, because the bed was wedged up right against it and rocked/vibrated whenever the air was on. The hotel was old, moldy, and reeked of smoke.
Hotel Feature Tip: I'm sure you can find a better place in this price range. Don't stay here.
It was smooth check in,and the staff was very helpful when they got to know that I am having on getting to Narita Airport on my check out date.Thankfully the staff on duty was very efficient in helping me to sort things out.THANK YOU!Then the following days of staying in Ekoda was smooth sailing.I have nothing but praises to the staffs of Ekoda for my pleasant stay there.ARIGATO!
Hotel Feature Tip: Choose a hotel near the train station,like the Ekoda Weekly Mansion, which allows you to travel around with ease.Food wise is also not a problem as it is easy to find within hotel's vicinity.On top of that hotel room has basic cooking utensils that enables travelers to cook up simple meals if going out is not an option especially during winter when it gets too cold.Overall choosing the right hotel is most important as it will take away a lot of unnecessary hassle.Good job Ekoda!
