The stay at Narnia was great. The room was clean and new. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Unlike some other resorts, narnia provided us with sufficient bottles of mineral water at no extra charge. They even provided us with a large thermo flask with hot water when we wanted to prepare milk for my kid. We signed up a day trip to picnic island with them and it was fabulous. My kid totally enjoyed it. "You get what you paid for" is totally not true. We got so much more then what we hv paid. Kudos to everyone from narnia.
Staff were very helpful. They go all out to please your requests. Room is big. Mattress is very good and firm. Overall very clean. Toilet can be exposed to the sky. AC is very efficient. Room also has ceiling fans. Good to see that they are eco friendly (LED lights, fan, inverters AC). Small hotel 8-9 rooms only. BF is so-so. Same things every morning but it fills you up. Free wifi but signal is weak as they placed the router below the recep desk! Rooms can be cleaned daily but remember to tell/ask. Cosy and secure. Cannot believe they actually have someone sleeping outside at the recep area overnight! Very good it's like having your private bodyguard! TV is provided but make sure to play/wiggle the TV plug to the wall. The connection may be loose.
I'm so glad we chose to stay in a guesthouse on an inhabited island, and not in a resort in the Maldives. The staff at Narnia could not have been better. They were fun, attentive, helpful, and cool! They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, whether it was something you needed in the room, or arrangements for diving, or recommending where to eat. They never tried to get you to do their activities or eat in their restaurant, but when we did, the activity was perfect and the food excellent. The rooms are brand new and spotless. And honestly much nicer than the room we had at the airport which was 3 times the price! The internet works well. The island of Maafushi is lovely - friendly, local, beautiful. There are a couple great restaurants with plastic tables and chairs and candles on the beach within 2 minutes of the hotel. The residents on the island are full of smiles everywhere you go. And if you really want to go to a resort, well you can go for a day from from Maafushi for a fraction of the cost of what you would pay to stay there. There is an excellent dive shop on the island as well. Don't hesitate - book here!
The stay was pleasant. We were greeted by Ismail at the airport and taken to the hotel at Maafushi island via speedboat that we had booked. Greeted with welcome drink and cold towel. The hotel is a new one and the rooms are clean and comfortable with attached bath. The bed was very comfortable. Travelled with 2 kids aged 7 and 3. We had to pay extra for a bed that was placed within the room (The room gets a bit cramped with the extra bed). The staff was very friendly and made custom food to cater to our vegetarian food requirement. We joined other groups for a day trip to a resort and to Picnic island which we enjoyed very much. The taxes in the hotel was very high (10% service charge + 8 % govt tax). Also, they have a credit card surcharge of 5% which is again very high, so make sure you carry enough USD when you travel there.
Amazingly chilled and fun stay. The staff, esp. Ebrahim, Hassan, Mohamed, Arush, Salman, everyone will be at your service whenever need be. They are the key to making the whole stay welcoming and desirable, and extremely homely and family,like. Professionals esp. With water activities. Narnia is the ultimate, a must stay for all who want to travel to Maldives.

It was a fruitful trip! I was truly amazed by everything in Maldives paradise - local people are kind, foods are delicious, and their beaches are indeed fantastic with pristine sea and zero pollution. Narnia hotel is highly recommended, staffs such as Ismail, Ehbrahim and many more (apology I cannot remember all the names) are really really friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks for making our stay remarkable, your thoughtful effort in making my perfect wedding proposal is sincerely appreciated! You guys rock! The hotel is new, room is clean and I was impressed by the special design of open concept bathroom. They offered many activities, snorkeling and diving with experienced local instructors with affordable price!
We stayed for 3 nights in Narnia. Our room was new and veeery clean! I am sensitive to dusts so cleanliness is a big factor for me when staying at a hotel. They also cleaned our rooms daily; after a day excursion it's nice to go back to your room with clean sheets and fresh towels. Our room was spacious and well-lit, it actually felt like i stayed at a 4-5star hotel. Breakfast was heavy but could be improved. They served the same food during our stay. I hope they had other choices aside from the toast, sausage and eggs. Above all, I would recommend this hotel because of the topnotch service they offer! They were very humble and attentive to our needs - they helped us book day tours to other islands, lent us snorkeling kits for free, and gave us good advice to make the most of our holiday! :) I will definitely recommend Narina to anyone who wants to stay in Maafushi!
Thanks for making our stay nothing less than AMAZING !! As soon as we got down from the boat, we were greeted warmly by Ibrahim, the guest relations manager at Narnia Maldives. The smile on his face made us feel so good. He guided us to the hotel, which is very close from the ferry point. As soon as we entered the hotel we were welcomed with refreshing drinks and fresh towels which was really needed after an hot afternoon boat ride. The rooms are beautiful, AC is the best part, superrrrr cool. The rooms are well-furnished, big, bathrooms are well lit with open shower, clean and spacious too. All this is always kept clean by the staff. Each day after the rooms were cleaned, we would find a new towel arrangement on our bed. Sometimes a swan, a dhoni, a flower. My wife used to just love the creativity. :-) The food is very good too, nice breakfast, good fish curry, I specially loved the coffee which was server 24 hours whenever we ordered and was offered free of cost. We enjoyed fishing trip and snorkelling trip with Ibrahim, Hassan, Suja who make sure they are always around during these trips, guiding us, clicking pictures with Go-Pro, making sure The overall staff is very friendly, always ready to answer all our questions. At evenings they played guitar, sang songs. It was really very good environment overall. Thanks Ibrahim, Arush, Suja, Hassan and all the others at Narnia for making our stay memorable. Thanks Salman for "always ready to serve" attitude, specially the coffee. I recommend everyone to experience Narnia, will definitely suggest to my friends and family. Would be the first place to stay whenever in Maldives.
We booked stay in Narnia for 5 days in April. The rooms are very clean, comfy, the staff very helpful, amazing service, very near to the beach and good place for snorkelling. Had a wonderful stay. Thanks to the staff.
Overall Narnia is the best hotel in Maafushi, all new rooms are very spacious and good equipped and designed. Great staff makes our vacation superb! Definitely will come back again and recommend this hotel!
Was a great choice of hotel as the place was recently built. The staff were very friendly, especially the manager. They had a good choice of local activities and the snorkelling was magical here. It was very inexpensive to stay here and we would stay again in a heartbeat. The breakfast choice was fairly limited, however you can not beat the price for this great accomodation.
