I had a very pleasant stay at the St Regis Singapore. It is located just off Orchard rd but you wouldn't know it, its surroundings are so quiet and peaceful. Check-in was quick and efficient, it was a nice surprise that all guestrooms now have free wifi, when I was here last year, it was still a chargeable service. I like the guest rooms for their spaciousness and the bathroom has to be one of the best in Singapore with him and her wash basins, a free standing bath tub (with TV monitor) and a shower that had a rainforest, handheld as well as horizontal jets, as well as an abundance of large and extra large fluffy towels and exquisite Ploh bath robes. The rooms are starting to look a bit dated with wear and tear signs becoming more visible like scratches on the bed headboards and wardrobe doors. But it is still a gorgeous place, calming and relaxing and for me the perfect getaway when I just want to stay somewhere nice and quiet with a touch of luxury. I certainly feel recharged everytime I leave here.

I was staying at St. Regis for 4 nights. What I love the most is the huge bedroom. Not to mention the super comfortable bathroom with bathtub and everything. Needless to say, St. Regis should be one of the most fantastic hotels in Singapore. Also, they have complete facilities, i.e business centre, pool, fitness centre, sauna, whirlpool, spa, etc. With only 400SGD per night, I could enjoy all of luxuries in this hotel. I surely will stay at St. Regis again next time when I'm in Singapore!

It was an excellent experience and one that I am keen to repeat the next time I visit Singapore. The service was proactive and appeared effortless and staff appeared to take pride in their work. The rooms were true luxury in particular the large flirt plans - perfect for those longer stays.

As can be expected for the price paid, st regis delivers in the department of luxury. Every detail of the room is commendable, great design, and loves the tub in the bathroom. And one of the most comfortable bed i've slept in. Although most staff are ok, i am majorly irked by a staff at the entrance the other day who eagerly greeted another guest coming in but saw us and completely ignored us when we exited. I'm struggling to understand her change of attitude, i sincerely hope this is not a race issue (the other guest is caucasian man). Great restaurants scattered within walking distance from hotel, took close to 20 min to walk to main shopping area like ION orchard. Great working wifi. For the ultimate luxurious experience, definitely recommend it.

We checked into this hotel last minute to avoid the long queue at the Singapore,Johor checkpoint. Made the best decision for ourselves as the hotel was very comfortable compared to the previous two nights stay at Marina Bay Sands which was crowded and tourist infested

i always had a high expectation and maybe my expectation was way too high. when my mom visited singapore i booked her fullerton and when we entered our room, the first thing that greeted us was wet towel on the bed (really wasn't the way I expected on my mom's 1st day in SG!) - then they changed our room and later when we came back, we found that they left us apple cider which is very nice of them. room was comfortable, historic. but it was quite sad to see some sticker marks on the window here and there - lack of professionalism. i wush staffs at fullerton appreciate and be excited about the hotel as much as the visitors

The stay itself was fine. Room itself was impeccable. Really old tv though. Amenities were old and only basic maintenance was seen to. When you go into the sauna you can see where the wood has not been maintained and when you go into the steam room you can see where the steam room is also not maintained and also, it smells like raw fishballs. The most disappointing thing is their staff at the Front Desk, Spa and Room Service are apathetic, not friendly, no initiative and simply does not show they possess any inkling of what customer service is. My friend and I were simply appalled that customer service was as such. We have had stayed in many hotels in Singapore from Prestigious hotels to boutique hotels and even boutique hotels have staffs with better attitude than Fullerton. The only service I received which is befitting of a five star heritage hotel such as the Fullerton, is the staff at the pool whom I really commend for his outstanding service (stand alone. not outstanding because of relative comparison with every other staff). Restaurant managers are also friendly. At the end of the day, a stay at the Fullerton boils down to simply being able to say "I've stayed at the Fullerton before" and take nice pictures of the structure. Nothing else stands out or makes the stay special in a good way. It was specially appalling. If their aim is to encourage disappointed guests, they've hit the bulls eye. First and Last time.

Great Staycation; Fantastic Staff

My wife and I came to the Fullerton for a Staycation, to getaway for a relaxing 1 night. Our room was not ready when we checked in so the staff invited us to use the fitness and pool area while we waited. At the pool, we were being harassed by two very drunk boys (men?) who were clearly looking to pick a fight. It was a very agitating start to our 1-night stay, but was resolved by the hotel in a very quick time. Hotel security stepped in quickly to remove these drunk folk, and the duty manager came to see us just afterward to make a special apology. We met the duty manager,on multiple occasions during our stay, and he has gone out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Just want to thank the great staff for making sure that these guys did not spoil our stay!

I had the "do not disturb" sign on because I wanted to have a nap. The staff phoned me to ask me whether I was enjoying my stay. This phone call woke me up. After I explained that they woke me up, they still wanted to talk to me about my stay. What were they thinking when they disturbed me in my room? Why did you try to continue the phone call after I told them that they had just woke me up? Do the staff have Aspergers?

The receptionist that served me was not the most friendly. Probably because I am local, hence she left out the important details such as wifi availability, check out timing, breakfast timings, etc. I overheard the next counter telling a Japanese couple all these information. Overall, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The toilets were very well kept. Room service was great too. The staff obliged to our requests to bring in extra pillows at night. The staff managing the pool was also very courteous and provided excellent service. He made sure that all guests were comfortable, and even helped to lay out the towels on the deck chair - this is something I was not expecting. Lovely hotel with a great location!

Extremely well trained staff who were very helpful and friendly. Staff at the gym level were so caring, polite. Staff at the front desk were helpful upon to some special requests. Decent change room.

It was an excellent experience in the stay. All staff were very well trained and provided an impressive service. Two things bothered me were, the roof top pool was under renovation ( bad timing) and the mattress was too soft that gave me back pain for days. However, Four Seasons Singapore is an absolutely five star hotel and I would love to share this experience to friends and family.

Just want to comment about the staff in this hotel. I've never come across a hotel where they are so attentive to my needs. Even hotel brands from similar category, they have not surprised me this much with their attention to details. While I was out having lunch, the housekeeping people came. They nicely replaced my magazine that I've used as mouse pad with a proper one. Something that never occur to me at all. Then when they noticed the cables on my table was everywhere, they tie my cables with a cable clip. Ensuring that my table is neat and comfortable to work with. When checking out, their bellboy checked if we require a cab when retrieving our luggage from our room. We didn't follow him to lobby immediately but I think they take make effort to check and once we're done with check out, our bags are already in the car boot. So we just need to ensure that the bags are all there in the boot and jump into the cab. All these are done without being asked. It's really good that we don't have to keep giving instructions or prompt anyone to do so. Keep up the good work! The only downside about this place is the breakfast buffet. It's spread isn't great maybe because there aren't a lot of guests that take up this option but there are still room for improvement on the spread.

I reached hotel at 6pm, and request to have late check-out. The front desk staff is very helpful, and understanding about my situation (my flight time is late evening by next day), so special offers us to check-out at 3pm. For me, it's the great service what he did, just the most important thing: understanding what customers need, then provide the best possible service they can.

From our arrival at the hotel to the time we collected our bags from storage the next evening, the staff at the Four Seasons were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Orchard Boulevard is a great location, 5 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle but still a nice quiet area. I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time i'm in Singapore.
