I can't speak highly enough of this place, It is cheap and cheerful and superb value for money. The room has what's needed and is big enough. It's cleaned to perfection every day. The pool is fine for a dip too. The owner is incredibly obliging, polite and modest and her family ably assist. If you want Thai breakfast instead of the ubiquitous breakfast options then ask. Laundry is cheaper than the places around town that do that service. Similarly, Airport pick up and drop off is also done at a cheaper rate than you'll find elsewhere. You can hire a motorbike next door. The location is quiet and a shot stroll from the beach, although you'll need to walk another 5 minutes North to get to the main swimming / beach restaurant cluster. If you expect a resort experience go elsewhere. If you want to stay in a convenient, clean, value-for-money option this place is great.
The manager of the hotel is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is small and very nice. Places to eat are nearby. It is not that simple to get to Phuket town and the airport - only by taxi, and it is not that cheap in the area (around 700-800 Bts). But the manager is a very nice lady and she helped me to get on a local bus to get to the town. It takes long and the buses do not go often, but it is a very interesting experience worth trying if you have time and enjoy meeting locals!
Family of 7 (two parents, 3 grown up children and two partners)had a great stay at Rojjana for 4 nights. The hotel was only 2 months old when we stayed so the rooms were brand new, which sure helps. The hotel is run by a friendly woman and her family so the service was excellent and very efficient - good breakfasts, 5 minutes walk to the 7-11 and the quiet end of Kamala Beach, 10 minutes walk to all restaurants, best swimming and bars - which we preferred so we weren't in amongst tourists / young kids and queues. Would happily stay there again - a very relaxing and pleasant stay.
Very good. Family business and you feel like part of that family. They help you with everything and try to make your stay as good as possible. Hotel manager and her daughter pick me up from airport,they drive me around Phuket, try to find me gym, manage all trips which I was interested etc... Hotel location is best. Near the beach, near main road and restaurants and shops but anyway away from noise. Really peaceful and quiet place. And hotel is totally new, so everything is nice looking. Room is also bigger than I thought.
The stay at Rojjana Residence was great. We stayed here for 3 nights before we were going home. We arrived early (at 9 a clock) but there was no problem to get early access to our room. The hotel is family-runned so when we were there there was the mom and the son who helped us during our stay. The pool is shared with the neighbor hotel but that wasn't a problem, there were nearly noone at the pool all day (great for us..). Great pool btw :) We were also able to do a late check-out at 14:00 for no extra charge, was nice to keep the room until we went with taxi to the airport (they helped us book taxis a few times also)
we really enjoyed our time at Rojjana. The owners of this small family run hotel bent over backwards to make us feel at home. They were just so lovely. The room was modern and fresh: bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was nice with great shower pressure, they had cable TV and the internet connection was fast in the room, the room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the town which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was made to order when you wanted it (though may be different at busy times)- the fresh coffee was perfect. The salt water pool was SO clean and big enough to laps in or just chill. Really nice sunbeds and you can order lunch at the bar too. they provide towels. Location was great - about a 2-3 min stroll to the beach.. and an extra couple mins along the beach to many beach front restaurants Nothing at all negative about this place. Just book it!
