It was great experience there for solo traveller . It is great location which near access to mrt and food stands. The staffs are friendly.
Unbelievable!!! It was my first time to stay at hostel. What was in my mind that staying in hostel would be quite scary and not private at all. But I was wrong. At Adler hostel, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, it's really full of privacy. Bathroom is clean, they provided 2 pillows which was very comfy, breakfast was delicious, overall I love this hostel very much, thank you , I'm sure will come back to this hostel in next trip in Spore.
The cubicles give you enough privacy, there's a light and a locked cupboard within the cubicle too which is good. The bathroom is reasonably clean and the staff were very friendly. Pricewise, it is more expensive than other hostels with shared rooms (i haven't been to the others so i can't compare the quality of accommodation) but the price is considered reasonable for a single person in Singapore.
Feeling great and warm. crews are friendly and have suggestions for resident.Enjoy with breakfast and snack.

how clever it is to add curtains to nice bunk beds and making a premium experience! the staff is very helpful, I arrived very early at 8am but they was not able to process my check in. instead they offer me free shower and towels at 8am and free breakfast when I was not paying for the night before. they also have very nice teas like camomile and garden tea(best tea i had in ages)
It is not surprising while this hostel has won so many awards and won such high praises. Passionate and helpful staffs with a great product, many perks such as free local breakfast, all day fruits, all day toasts and nice tea collections..
It was my first time to stay in a hostel. I kept my expectations low knowing what a hostel is in general. Adler really surprised me in terms of comfort, ambiance, privacy and service. Though more expensive than others, the price was worth the premium hostel experience. I stayed in the female dorm. The room was spacious, I never felt crammed. I had ample personal space within the confines of my bunk bed. Two major reasons why I chose Adler versus others: 1) the locker is located within the bunk and 2) a curtain provides one with privacy. The staff are friendly, but not intrusive. I like how they naturally engage in small talk. The location is very convenient - so close to the MRT and bus stop, lots of food choices nearby. I love the charm of the neighborhood with its quaint shophouses. If there's any downside though, the shower and toilet are in one cubicle. The cubicle itself is spacious, but there's no way to spare the toilet seat from getting wet. On the upside, I never had to wait in line - there are enough cubicles for everyone. Overall, it was a wonderful hostel stay. I'm so glad I made the right choice!

This is the first time I stayed in a hostel and I am wow-ed. Adler Hostel is done very well, amazingly clean, each single crew was friendly and helpful without being overly intrusive. Breakfast was served daily with a selection of local Asian food, ham and cheese, over 10 spreads with a selection of breads and cakes. Fresh fruits, fruit juices, coffee and fine tea are all available. The best part now is the beds, each bed is huge with a side space so its not just about the bed, the locker is inside the bed, 2 universal powerpoints are inside the bed, lights are also available. On top of that, towels, ear plugs and a bottle of water is complimentary as well. I was really well taken care. I even heard that I had to do the dishes in a hostel, but here I don't!
The Chinatown location was great for exploring around Singapore, and there is a lot of great food right across the street if you don't feel like straying. The only negative was the lack of elevator, but the staff member was kind enough to carry my bag upstairs. All in all, I'd stay again next time I'm in town.
