Even the officially check in time is stated 2pm and we are only able to check in on 3.30pm and the front door girl just keep saying we are sorry, the room is not ready. From her cold and polite smile, you don't feel that they are "Really sorry".
A wonderful and fantastic experience. Definitely one of the better hotels in Singapore.
I need take 2 hours to check in n I reach about 1pm n 3pm only can check in,this is da worst 5 star hotel I ever see before.before I stay in Fullerton I just came back from bangkok n I stay at bangkok kempinski hotel,that's was fantastic!!! Go pls n learn something from other's

It's one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had
We were glad that we chose this hotel for staycation and not the crowded Marina Bay Sands hotel. The room was really nice and the staff were very attentive. They even brought in a surprise birthday cake (complimentary) knowing that its my spouse's birthday and were attentive enough to ask me what will be a good time for them to do it in case it is too early or late. I stated 11pm and they were right on time at 10.56pm. We also like that there is not so much rooms in this hotel making it less crowded.

Great people great view great location. We enjoy high quality breakfast every morning and unbeatable bay view every night. Although it's cost more than other hotel in that area, we think it worth the money.
The Fullerton Bay Hotel is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Singapore. Definitely a place to go if you want to experience a luxurious product. However the staff and service was very inconsistant depending to who you are interacting with.
6 star hotel in singapore with good facilities. service was good but didn't really like the buffet
The hotel itself is beautiful, great design & very clean with good bars and restaurants in the hotel and close by. However the service was appalling for a 5* hotel. We had a check in for 2pm but didn’t get a room until 4pm. We had issues with the TV in the bedroom and the engineer left without resolving the problem. Service at breakfast was left a lot to be desired and was very slow
Absolutely the best hotel in Singapore, with very nice location and beautiful decorated hotel and superb room, make sure you book the batview room to enjoy the stunning panoramic view, staff are kind and friendly and helpful!
Beautiful place, fantastic view of Marina Bay Sands Mall. Enjoyed having high tea at Landing Point restaurant, sitting at the deck with MBS hotel view also watching the fireworks and laser show from balcony. Scrumptious breakfast buffet, woke up very early and experienced a beautiful sight of sunrise from Clifford restaurant. Overall this is my favourite hotel in Marina area.
Checking in and out was a breeze, staff were friendly and attentive, we were there for our anniversary and they sent up a bottle of champagne which was very kind. Beautiful rooms and elegant surroundings. Excellent breakfast
My husband and I stayed at the FBH to celebrate our wedding anniversary in December. During our check in it was noted that it was our anniversary and the very kind receptionist upgraded us to a room with the most amazing view of the bay area. Not only that, later that evening we were surprised by the delivery of a bottle of champagne to our room. This is what I would class as service which goes over and above the call of duty. Very happy customer on all levels who wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel.
