My kids were very excited to have ice creams, drawing books and crayon and dolls during check in, with a very friendly and helpful entrance staff.

Fabulous. It's connected to a shopping mall: Marina square, which is very convenient. It's also 5mins walking distance to the Club Mansion as well as a food market. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly too.

Was a fantastic stay just for the weekend. The suite was spacious and affords us a spectacular view of the Marina! It happened to be National Day rehearsals so the view was even better including the fireworks at night right in front of our eyes! The service and the spread at the club lounge was superb with food layout anytime of the day! Location of the hotel was very good and convenient. Easy access to the city. Also nearby the Marina Square mall and Millenia walk and Sumter city mall offers ample restaurants and shops!
This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. They upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite as my boyfriend was celebrating his 30th birthday. The staff wrote a card and gave him a gift! Very very thoughtful. The suite was HUGE and absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the National Day rehearsals as well as of MBS. The bedroom was huge, the living room was huge, the study was gorgeous and spacious. There were three tvs in total in the suite. THe bathroom was GORGEOUS, there were bath salts by the bathtub, and nice potted flowers. Everything was just high quality . There was a nespresso machine in the room, quality toiletries. The room was just perfect really. The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic though - saw a couple having their tables cleared twice when they went to get more food. The food quality was really very average and the instant liquid eggs were disappointing. The hotel was well connected to the marina square shopping centre and was just very central. And the room, you just cant go wrong with the room. Romantic and just unforgettable.
We were ushered by a friendly hotel staff right from the moment we alight from the cab, all the way to front desk then to our rooms. Very impressive! Perhaps the magic trick is to dress like a tourist & you'll get lavish attention! Lol
The hotel really lives up to the hype. The staff are attentive and they really take care of your needs. I was at the club lounge and the staff somehow do know your surname and greet you. Very impressive
The service is high quality - from the front desk to the cleaners and even the doorman. The room was definitely worth the price. Luxurious with an awe-inspiring view of the Marina Bay area. It was my sister's birthday and the lady who checked us in - Claire - made it a stay to remember. :D
Quite satisfied with the overall condition of the hotel, particularly for its friendly staffs and good hotel condition. The weak and unstable wifi connection is the main weakness of the hotel.
This hotel is luxurious and spacious with nice swimming pool. Nice view especially night time from hotel room. The room is super clean and bed is comfortable. It is located in the heart of marina bay and surrounded by nice bars if you are a night life fans. Will come back again in future visit. Highly recommended to all types of travellers.
