Best Bella as name suggested is Best in providing a comfortable stay during our trip. Hotel is located on beach and providing round the clock transport from the main road (~500 meters). Room was clean and spacious. Staffs were polite and helpful. Only area they need to improve is Indian Breakfast (Continental part was good) Would love to stay again in this property. Would love to stay again in this property.
Nice sea view of Pattaya Bay, room facilities were nice. Breakfast is good. Internet is good connection.

We stayed there several times and overall it was always a great experience. This time only two issues which need to be addressed. 1. Pool need to be properly cleaned (lots of algae) 2. Towels need to be sorted, as some old worn out towels should not be in circulation anymore, otherwise the room was clean and staff was friendly. Great breakfast selection, stars to the chefs!!!!!! The coffee machines for breakfast are great and one more reason to stay at this hotel.
Excellent hospital service and friendly staffs. Nice seaview! Near to the Beach and shopping area, with fitness room, water jacoozii, suana room. A recommended hotel for family gathering and couples honeymoon.
Living in Malaysia, I am fortunate enough to be able to travel to Thailand every 12 weeks. Therefore I have stayed at a number of similar starred hotels in Pattaya. Apart from its location, which the Hotels in the area are obviously aware of by putting on a 24 hour shuttle service from Dolphin Island on 2nd Road, I cannot fault this hotel at all. The quality of workmanship for the fixtures and fittings was the best I have seen, the staff so friendly and helpful, the room was of a good size with modern fittings, such touches like the room safe which when opened caused a little LED to light up the inside nice touch. I liked the use of credit style cards to operate the lift, open the room door. Plenty of room lighting, modern flat screen TV and get this, a clock radio alarm, now that was certainly unexpected and nice to be able to listen to the radio. A BIG HEARTY WELL DONE to the Hotel and all its staff. See you again soon.
We had a nice stay at the best bella hotel. And would definitely stay there again.
The location was difficult though hotel provided tuk-tuk to junction where can get 10 baht bus and return to hotel. Difficulty greater for 3 days when no 10 baht buses down beach road due to music festival. Didn't eat at hotel. Pool small not enough lounges/umbrellas. I think Agoda should not force me to enter a score on food and drink when I didn't do either.
