The location is a bit far if you think about walk to the walking street, but the hotel provide shuttle bus to the town area. All the staffs are really friendly and attentive.

The trip is great. The room is quite large with the ocean view. The bed is comfortable. The internet is fast. On the 2nd night, I could hear the people above/ next door walking around, so I guess the sound proof is not that great. Other than that, everything else is perfect

We very much enjoyed our stay here for the second time in the last 6 months. The Sheraton is a beautiful getaway with lush gardens and beautiful rooms. Located on the cliff between Pattaya and Jomtien, you really wouldn't think you are in "sin city". It's a stretch to walk to walking street, but doable. otherwise loads of taxis and songteuw, or even the free shuttle bus from the hotel to take you to the city. The Sheraton beach is perfect, white sand, lovely lounge chairs and free bottles of water (cool towels every few hours too!). The water is nice, but the rocks are a bit tricky to get into the sea. Pools are beautiful in the middle of lush gardens. Neg: I do have to say I was disappointed that my mum had to pay for internet in her room (we had different rates as I am Thai resident). Who does that still nowadays? Internet should be free, especially when you are charging at Sheraton rates!
Just fine. A bit disappointed without a sand beach, but more than make up with the service received, from the first second until the last.
Could be more than 5-star. Resort style. Place to unwind yourself and loved ones. Everything is at its best. Stunning view of Pattaya beach.
