LK is a more expensive but lower value option to Areca Lodge. It lacks the full facilities and staff friendliness of Areca. still, decent hotel and ok value for money
I like this place. There is no such thing as a perfect hotel in Central Pattaya, but of the various I've stayed in this is a contender for having the best overall package for me. Rooms are very good. Pool is pleasant. The clientele are pretty decent for The City Of Sin (probably because its just that bit too expensive for the 'undesirables'). Almost got to eat breakfast this time.... but only because it was 7.00am when I got in... it's Pattays, not a Buddhist Retreat! There's a huge building project behind the hotel and naturally works were in full flow as I went to bed for a good morning's sleep! However, the double glazing is pretty efficient and I didn't get disturbed at all. I will be back.

Good value for money. Good location,not at all far from everything incl beach. Very nice staff. Big rooms with exclusive furniture. Bed a bit hard.

It is a nice hotel, situated down Soi Diana, so near all the shops and bars, but without being on the main road. Granted there is a building site right next to it, but the noise from this did not disturb me much at all, in fact I found it interesting to watch the progress each day for a few minutes. The staff where pleasant, especially the ladies in the breakfast room. The room cleaning was very good and never inconvenient. The decor was nice and all in all a pleasant stay and even enjoyed the swimming pool. Would I stay again? Without hesitation.

Average experience,no bad no good. The hotel itself is very nice, the only issue is no parking area close to hotel (400 mt.), everything clean. Poor breakfast selection, take long time to serve, limited buffet selection. Small swimming pool, no kids area.
Really enjoyed staying at LK Renaissance. Lovely design. Everything works. Safe and very comfortable. Deluxe room was great and a good price from Agoda. Only one annoyance; Agoda says we should have got bathrobes but none were supplied. Will definitely stay there again (but hopefully they'll remember the bathrobes next time!).
I had a wonderful stay at LK Renaissance. The staff was friendly and attentive. I arrived before the normal 2PM check-in time and they were very helpful in finding and preparing a room as fast as possible. The location was great (close to Central, public transportation and plenty of entertainment). The only "issue", I had was that the hot water was barely warm...but that is a very minor. Overall, I had an excellent stay.
Have stayed here many times in the past. The staff are all excellent and very nice, breakfast is good and pool is very nice. If you enjoy Pattaya night life this is the hotel for you.
Very nice stay, excellent staff , large rooms and very nice pool. location is very good if you like to party or shop. set back from the beach but only a five minute walk.

Arrived at 9 a.m. and was checked-in efficiently/promptly. The front office staff were quite friendly and very hospitable. The rooms were large and airy. Food was excellent. Guest friendly. It's the kind of hotel you would want to stay again. Excellent location and just few meters away from the nightlife prime-spots in this part of the town. The only con was there was no door man to help out with the luggage. Would definitely recommend this property.
