good hotel for 150usd a night.
Did not arrange a no smoking floor and beds as requested the children slept with cigarette smoke and odor for 2 nights they offer to change rooms but the children will be on different floors. Ridiculous thoughts

all concept excited us! facilities are also good and staffs' services were also conforted us.
Good blast on water activities, not calling swimming pool because lots of fun activities happen at the pool, small basketball in the pool and music played, however, room is too small for bucks you paid, for everyone who care about noise at night, there are some loud music plays for form party near pool area until midnight.
Our stay in Hard rock is pleasant. Staff is very friendly and help us to book for Alcazar show. The store itself is vey nice, have 2 store inside hotel with various items. Got some t shirts and flipflops there. Location is good, can browse through Pattaya's attraction in walking distance. So far hardrock hotel never fail me.
I love the lives here, every hour have pool activities. I went to the gym and sauna, steam room and cool plunge pool... love it. children have a lot of pool activities, Beach chair is everywhere. Variety of breakfast choice. The breakfast staff is friendly and helpful. We was late for our breakfast where closed at 10.30am but we arrived at 10.35am. The staff still willing to help bring us food from the buffet counter, even is less choice but its help.
