The hotel has a very good location for the Pattaya night life The rooms are very nice and clean The staff are very helpful. It is a very good hotel to stay.

We were very impression with this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and was in a great location. I also want to point out that the front desk staff were very professional and stayed positive in the face of stress. When we were checking out we observed 4 men who were checking in and were acting very ignorant towards the staff. The employees at the front desk handled the situation very well and maintained a smile the whole time. If you are looking for a great hotel and want to be close to the action but not too close - this is the place!

I cannot really review this hotel as a whole as basically I only slept there. The room was spacious and comfortable with good free wifi connection, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a good central location with friendly and efficient staff. Great value
Overall satisfied with the room & the buffest breakfast provided.Good service provided by the cafe team & big let down by one of the pool bar female staff who was unhelpful, pull long face & gave us the dirty look & "reminded" us the time just because we entered the pool at 1 hour before she could finished her work & close the pool & the bar even though we only planned for a half-an hour swim !Indeed undeserving treatment for us & dissappointed in an otherwise happy holiday in Pattaya.
Very centrally located yet on a quiet side street, with a superb staff who are very helpful and polite, the rooms are excellent. Will stay here again for sure on my next trip to Pattaya.
