This is my second time for staying at this hotel and still feel very happy to stay again. this is really good for family stay and all member are in the hotel area to enjoy all facility of the hotel especially the swimming pool and BBQ dinner at the hotel.

I waited for 2hr for two available room from cleaning. Also i had to call to ask many times because the said that we would call back to tell progress but nothing. Moreover children play has to be charged with limited time. Fitness is far. But there is infinite pool with wonderful view on sunset.
Overall it was ok, just need to do something about the food!

There is the hotel renovation going on there, it is not going to end soon, very noise. The rest of the hotel is fine, Saturday international buffet is great, pool is clean, private beach is not crowded at all, great customers service, bed is normal(quite expect to have state of the art bed). The hotel is 5-star is quite overrated for the hotel.

An ideal place to stay in Pattaya, probably the best, especially for families with young children. Luxury rooms, 6 spectacular swimming pools, the best buffet breakfast at any hotel where I have stayed (globally).
Amazing hotel for the price we got it at due to renovations around the resort. They by no means interfere with the day-to-day, so don't worry about that. Facilities are amazing. So big and leveled for all budgets and situations to enjoy!

I do not think this hotel is 5 stars quality due to the walls of the elevator. It smelled a bit odd in the hallways and the ceiling is too low. There is a little bit of dirt like water leaking from the walls. It's okay since it was only $80 for this kind of quality. But overall I think it's a 4 star.
The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Staff is friendly and provide wonderful service. Check in taking time, should be faster. Infinity pool is great and open till 10pm. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, but far from the walking street or central area.
it was fantastic during our stay. room is very clean & new (renovated). we haven't try bf but order from room service instead and the test is fantastic. we had dinner by the beach also fantastic food. hotel staff is ver professional. pool area is fantastic with life guard walking around. hotel located in a very peaceful area of pattaya. i would give 9/10 because kids play room was closed on monday (we stayed sun-mon...) highly recommended
