Staff are the best for this hotel, but this seems to be an old one. We had a bad experience 'cause the toilet in our room was VERY smelly. There is huge noisy construction beside hotel and they start working from 8am every morning till 5pm.! They serve buffet breakfast, however there are little choices and some with bad taste.
We stayed two nights in the pool side villa. We could just jump into the swimming pool from the room which was awesome. The breakfast buffet was average as they should offer more international cuisine instead of so many bakeries. If you want a nice and quiet weekend with your family or your partner, I can recommend this hotel, but I think for the same price, you might be able to find a better one, that's how I felt.

The hotel is lovely but a bit out of the way. Some of the taxis won't take you that far down the beach from Pattaya which can be a pain. The rooms are very clean, and new and the pool is great. Breakfast was so so. They only set up the buffet once while I was there.
It was very pleasant and ideal for entertainment and eating. the pool is a nice alternative to the beach.
Two things let us down, poor breakfast, the shower sprayed everywhere flooding bathroom every time, not only in our room, in our friends as well, bad design. Staff very happy to do anything for you. Not in centre of Jomtien, a bit out of it, that suited us as it was away from tourists. Baht buses run past hotel so no problem for transport.
We enjoyed our short stay two days . The hotel is in a nice location but a long drive from the main shopping and entertainment areas . Car parking is a problem with no more than six spaces available. The breakfast was disappointing with cold eggs , even when ordered as a part of a set breakfast. Buffet breakfast at the weekend offered good choice but again with cold fried eggs. Leaky shower difficult not to flood the bath room floor when in use. Get up early and watch the local fishermen unloading their catch just opposite the hotel.
