Buffet breakfast is not to expected much just so so. Good pools for both kids and adults. Carparj is insufficient and the staff seems intrained to assist the traffic. Room is standard with all sea view balcony. Beware of low bars at the balcony. Cable TV has 2 cartoon channels. Local free TV but no main inter news channels. No tub but 2 standing showers .one with rain shower. Walkable to outside conv stores. Restaurant. Not far from main pattaya beach
Everything ok. But I got some problem. When I check in my room have only 1 glass on cupboard, and another 1 in bathroom. In check our time the reception want to chart me. I explained the amount of glass when I check in, she gave me a document to sign.
Great hotel nothing to say about it. However swimming pool gets too crowded during the day and it need some deep cleaning: also the pool towels are very old and ruined.
Nice hotel with nice and big rooms. However no minibar and the variety of the TV channels is quite limited. The swimming pool is nice however in need of some deep cleaning!
The stay was same as it was expected. It is probably the cheapest and well known hotel at the Wong Amat Beach.It shares same beach with Pullman and Centara that 2ce or more expensive in price. Overall it was a good experience.
I & my girl friend rested here 2 nights. Hotel guards did not communicate in Thai language well & let us park car which far from hotel half a kilometer due to full-car parking. We have to walk back to hotel with darkness. Staff also arranged smoking area room without asking us. Light & Aircondition cannot be turned on at first time. We have to call for electrician checking.
I stayed here for a weekend seminar and the hotel was quite good for group activities. The location is nice, lot of foods and minimart nearby. Value for money.

This is a big hotel and on a holiday weekend can be very crowded. The pool is great and would be even better with proper maintenance and cleaning. There's direct access to the Wongamat Beach with plenty of lounge chairs for guests. This is a fairly clean and quiet beach, probably the best in Pattaya, but the sea water is the same toxic stuff you find everywhere in Pattaya. The Superior Room had a gorgeous view of the bay and an extra twin bed. It was clean and nicely decorated with tasteful wood furnishings. Overall, good value for a large beach hotel.

It is convenient for us to get to our meeting when we stay at this hotel because it is quite near our meeting venue. This is beautiful and clean hotel with large rooms but you need to pay if you want to use the internet in your room.
