Always my top of the Asia list.
It was good
The Four Seasons Chiang Mai is a beautiful property with amazing grounds. The staff is attentitive and the service impeccable. It is located quiet far outside of Chiang Mai, so the free shuttle is a helpful service.
Wonderful experience at the Four Seasons Chiang Mai. Definitely worth going for the pavilion rooms with private balcony with views of the rice paddies. We loved it!
Excellent. beautiful ,it is a real paradise on Earth, it is natural resort with beautiful landscaping,
Out of the six hotels we stayed at this was the most unpleasant.
Although we had some problems with the jacuzzi and steam rooms as well as the shuttle service into town the staff made sure to pamper us and make our stay more than memorable.
Hotel Feature Tip: do not miss the spa!
in a vast are, only 50-60 detached rooms? very private and exquiste. no comparison to other hotels, lets say if there are, probably only chateau hotels in lorie valley, france. thailands deep culture and sofistication could be seen here. got to try before you die.
Hotel located outside of Chiang Mai, but every closed to many attractions. Hotel landscaping is out standing.
A place to see if you are looking for a relax, quiet, restful moment !!!
A place to be for relax and restful time !!! The service is perfect as well as the staff !! but this is Four Seasons quality level of services
We were in this resort for business trip, our first impression with this resort was not good at lobby, seem like noone paid attention to us upon our arrival there. But when we visited their restuarant, the service staff welcomed us with our names and they also recommended thier signature menu to us to try which were great!
the thing that separates our experience at the four seasons compared with other classy hotels was the service. the staff always did something that just went that little bit extra to save us the effort or to make us that bit more comfortable. we upgraded out room to the pool villa and were much happier for it. the pool is beautiful overlooking the leafy forest and small pond at the back. it was a very beautiful room and the setting made my wife and i very relaxed.
Hotel Feature Tip: Private rice barn experience is very good with the accompaniement of the traditional Thai music via the Khim played live whilst you eat in a gorgeous setting. The main pool area is also a must to visit with the lower pool (not very visible) having a beautiful view of the padi fields.
We stayed in this lovely hotel for 2 nights. Room was spacious, clean and very luxurious. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming, we had some bad experience with competing hotels in the past. This place is fantastic if you are looking for a hideaway holiday where you can completely relax! Highly recommended
The service was really excellent in respect to attentiveness, although one should give a bit more time and patience when it comes to service or food delivery. The staff remembered and addressed us by names. They made every reqest possible. What a wonderful stay!
stay for the destination, not to see Chiang Mai. great seat up, attention to detail, luxury at every corner. Private terraces for rooms are a great touch. the staff was gracious and friendly to the point of obsequious. my only complaint was the extra charges for wifi. anyone who can afford to stay here more than likely needs internet connectivity. if a baht per night quest house can offer free wifi, tan a plus per night luxury resort can
love the environment of the hotel, it's cozy and has lots of trees. room is nice especially the big bacolny. hotel should improve the bathtub it's too old. food should be improve; there is limited food.
Hotel Feature Tip: Nice hotel for a couple to enjoy the nature. Nice bacolny to hang out day and night. NIce restaurant has very good view. It's too expensive though.
We would love to come back. It was such a wonderful couple of days and we left relaxed and happy. Fantastic!
our stay in the four seasons was great. the room was spacious with high privacy. the service was excellent as the staff were really friendly and helpful. it's great watching sunset at the pool. there weren't many people in the resort and the facilities were good. the kid's club has programmes provided for kids and there are mountain bikes for both kids and adults as well. all these are free of charge.
Restaurant Tip: If breakfast isn't included in the package, it's better to order breakfast for in room dining. Don't try the buffet as it is expensive. It's a good choice to have breakfast in the balcony.
they up grade my house from garden pavillion to lower rice terrace so beautiful view and i love private terrace i can drunk wine and sea rice field and cute buffalo i love that time and hotel staff so nice they can help me everything and suggest the best way to me too
Hotel Feature Tip: this hotel like the big village you can walk for exercise and can see the beautiful hotel exterior and amazing traditional thai style houses
We were deciding between this or the famous mandarin oriental and we were not disappoitned. This is a small four seasons with not that many rooms, the setting is typical of a thai resort but they take extra miles to get the service done right. Every one of my small requests are responded deligently by the concierge, the hotel is very quiet and quite far from town.
Restaurant Tip: Get the thai chefs table dinner,
Good service and staffs are helpful . They made arrangement for a round trip taxi service to town ( Chiangmai ) for our Easter church service on 24 April. The whole experience has been most delightful and we felt like kings & queens, especially the massage spa. My wife had a refreshing facial spa on top of her nail spa. Jolly good experience and we look forward to coming again soon. Keep up the good work, thank you.
we couldn't fault the four seasons in chiang mai, set within the most tranquil and beautiful location, surrounded by paddy fields and water buffalos. they have a superb spa with a wide range of treatments. the sport facilities were very good.
We spent a couple of days just relaxing, enjoying the gardens and spending time at the spa. The hotel is everything one expects from a Four Seasons Hotel. We enjoyed eating at both restaurants and spent some time at the bar by the pool. It is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
