Most satisfying & pleasant 3 night accommodation
It is on old hotel. They should have improve them to give a better customer experience. On the 2nd day, water from the tap is not clean. Was contaminated with rust and we did not have our shower until we came back about 5pm. Inform the front desk. Their reaction was as if it happen before. Not a good experience.
The hotel is located within walking distance to the famous night market. It is also not far away from Chiangmai International airport. The breakfast is really nice with many different items available. The staff are helpful tool
My stay at The Imperial Mae Ping Hotel was good. The room is comfortable and clean. Imperial Mae Ping Hotel is located at a strategic location eg near Night Market. If you don't mind to walk, it is also near to Chinatown.
Couldent ask for more!
The hotel room wasn't that good as I expected but the location was good just few mins walk to the main street for shopping and eating. There was no slipper supply in the room and the swimming pool closes too early about 18pm...
The hotel is good location and have 2 big swimming pool, worth to stay . The breakfast is good and have lot of variety, will come back again.
The hotel was ok for the money, the room was very smelly when we arrived so had to open the sliding doors and turn on air con,The bed was very hard to sleep on,not much sleep for the 3 nights that we had booked, the pool outside was small considering the hotel is situated on a very large piece of land as the gardens was not much to be impressed with,So overall my rating would be around 7.0
Brilliant, great location close to everything we wanted. Great breakfasts. Obliging and knowlegeable tour desk. Nice gardens and pool.
We really enjoyed this hotel. The view of the mountain is very nice. The location is prime, as it is close to the night market, the "real thai market", and other points of interest. The rooms are in very good condition with comfortable pillows and nice bathrooms. For the price, we felt this was a world-class operation.
The stay was good, as above, it was a great location, central to most things. The staff were friendly and helpful, even the guards out in the front of the car park were VERY friendly with a solute and a greeting every time you walked past. The restaurant staff were also friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and a highlight of our stay at the imperial.
Basically... OK.!. but NOT 4*! Good for the money...but we had to ask for a change of room 728-for one of us, because bathroom, really smelly! Our own room, 726, was not 100% ....and we had to open the window and run aircon for an hour or so--to freshen it up too!We were very dissapointed that there was NO service ,or even a single person at the swimming pool during our ,late morning visit-nor was the pool bar in use! The lack of a bidet,in the bathrooms--or even a hand held-shower head attached, to the toilet--(surely NOW a neccessity?-...was VERY disapointing, and something that would prevent us coming back to this hotel
Everything else is ok apart from the long wait to check in after I amended my booking by adding one more day couple of days before my trip. Waited for 30mins to get a room. Quite noisy as it is near to the night bazaar and Loi Kroh Road (bars blasting music till late)
Everyone was so helpful
