Great place for a getaway. Nice pool, peaceful surrounding with comfortable room. Great place to take photos. Golf cart is required to get to various parts of the resort(u can choose to walk if you doesnt mind the up/down slope). All the staff i met was polite. Dinner/breakfast was quite average.

It's worth staying here. We will definitely come back here again. It's not crowded and we feel like home. Great service. It was just wonderful. If you want a getaway from the chaotic lifestyle and pamper yourself with a sublime scenery and atmosphere, this is the place for you. We LOVE this place!
Overall the experience was good. I wasn't too happy with the staff attitude specially when the issue came for the transfer to the city. I was the only one in the van for the transfer and yet the staff was stubborn to ajust the timing. I also come from the service industry and customer satisfaction is highly important. Its totally fine that they couldn't change certain rules but the way the staff rejected it without understanding the situation - it was highly rude which I didn't expect in Thailand where the service is always wonderful and welcoming. I was disappointed. Other issue is the maintenance of the hotel... it badly needs a renovation. The outlook of the buildings was very old... yet it can look very nice since the hotel is actually very beautiful. Other than that, the hotel has a gorgeous pool, food is amazing and the breakfast is fresh. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were huge... very comfortable. The porch was lovely - specially the view of the mountains. Overall a great stay - it was absolutely relaxing!!

It was a wonderful 4 nights stay here. It is very scenic at the hill top, fantastic landscaping on a big piece of land only having 42 units of rooms. Rooms are clean, staff are extremely good, they and very helpful and honest people, the food is good and for the breakfast not alot of selections but food are good espeacially the porriage. Should try out the spa they have wide range of massage it a little expensive but should try out and feel the difference. The shuttle service to night bazaar is very good they provide twice a day service leaving hotel at 11am and 4pm making it convinience to go down town. Short distance from the hotel there are many activities can be reach, like the long neck village, the elephant, tiger and the snake kingdom are just short distance away. I will come back again....

very good. I recommend you to go there and spend time there nice swimming pool, good breakfast, nice staff, nice stiff hill that my son fell got hurt but it is still good and nice view and nice very hard bed. I recommend this hotel I want to go back
We had amazing two days in Panviman. The view is fantastic! Staff are nice. One thing to comment is that we reserved four rooms, they arrange the rooms with relatively worse view for us, claiming that all rooms were full. However, I found out it was not true. I negotiated with the hotel. Eventually they agreed to upgrade one room for us. I think this is a common problem in Thailand when we book rooms via AGODA becasue I had the same experience in the other hotel I stayed in Thailand this trip. However, I still think the hotel is very worth staying cause rooms are clean, view is good, and price is cheap.
Our stay was peaceful and very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive, helpful.
Great place to get away from the city. Mae rim has tons of outdoor activities close by, but I would not recommend staying here if you will be going into the city every day. It is about a 45 minute drive to Chiang Mai. But this is a perfect location to experience the waterfalls, elephant riding, and other tourist attractions in Mae Rim.

Relax! Reasonably spacious room and the bathroom. Professional Spa. Simple and playable recreation facilities. Good and well maintain swimming pool. I especially like the overall allocation of every building premises that are naturally built according to the hill slop. With the anytime available point-to-point pick up service, have to say "fantastic". It is my second time here and still be my first choice for my next vacation. Only one thing I'd like to feedback a little bit is about the fitness place. Need repair or maintenance on almost all equipments.
i'm very happy to stay at PV in my birthday trips. It's wonderful place on earth. I love location, foods and everthings. the view from hotel is great. i like smell or odor naturally here. It's very attractive and impressing me. PV not far from town. it's comfortable to drive here. I thing Food/Dining is fresh foods, Good taste around Hotel and facility is clean and nice manage Staff Performance is good : theirs have service mind to me In my opinion this hotel is Value for Money to spend your vacation with. ^--^ thanks for the best place with the best service.
Hotel was well located. Various nice dinning spots pongyangangdoi,sala cafe. Many tourist attractions mae sa elephant camp, mae sa waterfall, tiger kingdom within its perimeters. Dedicated staff service and good in house buggy transportation system to ferry the guests around.
It is really a nice place to stay in! I love everything around here. It is a big resort and asked to take shuttles. The rooms are very clean and in a good design. The dinner(paid) are yummy although it is a little expensive. But the breakfast is okay compared the dinner. It is a good place for people who will stay for more than one day, so that you have time to stroll or take a swim here. The only thing to be complained is that the resort is too far from the center of Chiangmai, but the tiger kingdom is on the way to hotel.
You need to get the service of hotel cart when going to the various places, like swimming pool, massage, dining etc. can be quite a chore. Climbing steep steps to hotel room not for the elderly. Buffet breakfast is below standard for such a resort. Dining is also not to expectations, you are literally stranded in the resort. Ironically shuttle service to the city, but cannot pick up incoming guests?? You need to book a taxi to bring you up. Don't visit during the hot season, best time could be end of year from October to January .

Stayed at Panviman for 3 nights -Stunning location, excellent surface and very quiet-Perfect! Look forward to returning and certainly highly recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Chiangmai. Lovely to hear all the different sounds of the wild life. All the staff were very polite-This resort is a real gem :-) something very special Travelled with my 8 year old daughter-She loved her time at Panviman and didn't want to leave :-) Wish the hotel staff all the best and keep doing what you're doing -Superb!

The hotel is quite a distance from the airport. By car it takes about 40 minutes, however, the view is breathtaking. The staff are friendly. The room is large and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The pool is very natural. The spa is perfect and refreshing and not that expensive either. The food is delicious and not expensive. I totally recommend this resort

The resort was located far away from the city centre, important tips: free shuttle bus from resort to city at 11am, from city to resort at 5pm. The pick up point in the city is at the McDonald's next to Le Meridien hotel. I got the wrong information from a review, and thought the pick up point is inside It was very embarrassed when I was told there was never a pickup point there... Despite the location the resort is quite good. Very quiet and very beautiful, Perfect place for a getaway. For food the only choice is the restaurant inside the resort because you will not able to find anything outside in walking distance. The breakfast was very good, a whole range of food. It was beautifully designed,but it was a shame that some facilities were not well maintained. My stay was overall a pleasant one.
