We had a good stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean. The food was good too. We highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was perfect. We'll come back in this hotel next time

it was great experience in Kodchasri, first hotel in Thailand, but defenitely one of the best choice in Thailand, good location in old city of Qiangmai, close to airport also, my wife loves it, hope to back again!
Location is good. Breakfast is good. Serve free fruit in room every day, has a coffee machine in the room, free wifi, room is big. But the air con is a bit noisy, and it is just opposite to the bed, we have to change to another side to sleep to avoid the air con wind.
Okay. Location was good, staff were helpful. Our room had many black flies. Finally they moved us after the third night and it was better. Overpriced. Would stay elsewhere next time.
as usual. not bad, but can't be considered excellent.
Very nice hotel with the handsome staff and nice pool good breakfast :)
Pleasant stay - the hotel is nicely decorated with Thai art pieces and a beautiful garden around the pool. Location is superb, right in the midst of the Old City.
My stayed there was really good, i went with my children and they had a lot of fun there. All the areas are very comfortable and the hotel is very near everywhere. The staff was so helpfull on helping us to organize our visit by the city.
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and each time is a treat. I cannot fault the place. Friendly staff attend to your every need and accommodate you where they can.
An oasis of calm in the old city. Outdoor pool very chilly in January, but not a huge problem. Garden area beautifully decorated and a big quiet room.
Great location in the Chiangmai old town. There was problem with water. No hot water. Also lots of ants in the room and they got into my suitcase. Foods were no good.
We were generously upgraded to the penthouse, however we really regret to say that we did not like it. The penthouse is very expensive, but all the materials used are very cheap, besides, there is something wrong with the water-pipes, sometimes it started stinking really badly. The room does not make a very clean impression in general. The bed is quite uncomfortable. The restaurant is just terrible. we had an impression that the products used are not really fresh, the taste was not good at all. the breakfast is average. On the pros side, the hotel is really nicely decorates with Thai style wooden things, and looks very interesting. It is very well located.
We found this hotel noisy, we were on the second floor overlooking the garden --- in the morning we heard breakfast starting at 7am and in the evening we heard diners and music until 10pm or so. The room was clean but a bit worn. The pool is small, limited seating and morning sun only. Buffet breakfast had wonderful variety, one of best we've had. Overall definitely adequate but not deserving of the rating given to the hotel. I would give it a 7. Staff was very nice and spoke english.
the hotel is nearby to saturday night market, the room is big and clean
Location is prefect however not really worth for the money The executive room charged too high The bed was uncomfortable The shower tab was too weak especially at this winter time
Great stay, wonderful location, friendly staff. Lots to do. chiang Mai was fabulous.
We had a wonderful time, really loved the room, and would definitely stay there again.
The facility was wonderful, beautiful waterfall over pool and outside dining area. The staff was superb. And, the management thoughtful. Generally at this time of year, if you attempt to eat or relax outside in Chiang Mai, you get eaten alive by mosquitos. However, the management installed high tech mosquito control equipment and that made morning and evening dining and meeting around the beautiful pool are pleasant. Outstanding facility, wonderful staff and great food.
The hotel was very conveniently located within the old city, near many attractions. The staff surprised us with different teas served to our rooms every night - what a pleasant surprise!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is centrally located.
It is near the night market. We dont like the disign of the room n will not stay there again.
Very enjoyable; we love the suite, which is nice for a family of 5 adults and 2 children. We were particularly impressed by the staff (one in particular, who received us at and drove us to the airport). Everyone enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast. It's conveniently located as well. We loved the stay!
absolutely relaxing - we felt very comfortable and well taken care off!
Pleasant stay, no complains about this hotel. Location is good coz it is not located at a noisy bar/restaurant/street area. But you can still find nice restaurants and bars nearby.
pleasant though we were constantly on the watch for cats being in the vicinity for a member of our group highly allergic to cats. This is typically Thai but not acceptable in hotels of this standard.
The location is the priority when you chose this hotel. Locate in the center of the downtown, walk distance to the old wall and weekend night market. The room is clean and spacious, and service, especially for the front desk service is just average compare to other hotels I have stayed. My mom and I arrived in front of the lobby and no one helped us with our big suitcase. The attitude is also average. However, the room service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Front Desk service need to be improved. The pool is small but beautiful. I like the yard so much, small but sooo exquisite, even got so many collections here, like a small Thai Museum. The price is a little bit high but reasonable consider all the devices. Anyhow, it is a good hotel but should improve their services. PS: the cat in the garden is sooo cute, follow you anywhere in the hotel, named Tom Yim
In room dining was limited by the lack of a decent table, although the food was very tasty. Car park was small and I suspect would always be full in high season. In general the hotel was an average 3 star budget hotel. Nothing really great but then again nothing in any way bad about it.
We enjoyed our stay at Kodchasri, the traditional decor of the hotel, although my partner found it overdecorated, and the comfort of its rooms. It is well located in the old town of Chiang Mai. It is a pity though that the swimming pool had been split into two parts.
