Very Nice
Distance far frm town
very nice and comfortable
We had the 2 bedroom suite, very large rooms with kitchen and living area, its a bit old but clean, its not close to the city but its pretty cheap to book a private car, or you can take tuk tuk.
overall is good, the hotel is a bit old and lack of maintenance, but room is clean and spacious. Nice staffs and value for money.
the room is spacious and clean, everything in the room works good. facilities in the hotel is fairly good, i like the rooftop pool bar, although the live band quality not as good as expected, but its a good place to hang out at night in the hotel with nice view. location might not be great for people who intend to walk around, but it's fine for me as i travel by rented car/taxi, about 10-15 mins to town center.
I found it very difficult to find family accommodation In Chiangmai. So I was very happy to see not only did I have two bedrooms, but I also had a very large living space. Both bedrooms had a bathroom with a shower and separate spa bath. The room was a little dated but it's size made up for it.
Recommended, we will be back again.
Extremely not good service. I know staffs don't really speak good English but they are just plain lazy and tried to avoid providing assistance. I asked for airport transfer to airport but they just lazy and asked me to get taxi and then the female receptionist walked away and kept me waiting.
This hotel is old, tired and used to be condos. We arrived with my 1 year old and given a room. The rooms are large (2 bedroom suite) but quite tired and old which was not the end of the world. However, the room had not been cleaned. The floor was dirty and there were weeks worth of other peoples crumbs and hairs all over the sofas and bathrooms. The views are good from the rooms on the mountain side and the swimming pool, restaurant have great views too. Not the best location either but if you have a bike its fine.
Keycard system for the elevator and room was patchy at best. Nice view from the rooftop restaurant and pool. Comfortable bed and within walking distance to Nimmanhemin area.
We enjoyed this Furama hotel so much this was our third stay in less than 2 weeks. We were quickly checked in and bags brought to the rooms. The accommodation consisted of a large lounge diner and 2 good sized bedrooms, one with office area, both ensuite. The bathrooms would benefit from some maintenance, but were good enough. Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. Rooms would have been better with more lighting at night, but didn't affect our stay. Accommodation gave us access to the executive lounge where drink and food was free during happy hour, but it was not really the drink and food that made it special, but the excellent service and travel advice giving to us. Breakfast was good, the Chef is a real character. Hotel is a bit out from the city centre, but there is a good mall 5 minutes walk away, free shuttle to other malls and only a short taxi ride to anywhere else. Check out was smooth and bags taken out to our transport with what we found was the usual friendly service. All in all we enjoyed our brief stay and will definitely return when next visiting Chiang Mai.
