awesum experience!
superb location, nice room designs & friendly staffs
9.7
for the cheap & affordable price, it's worth to try out this boutique guesthouse, 5-10mins walk to the BTS station, and you can easily get a taxi by the roadside, room is so spacious n clean.

Spacious room and quiet surroundings
Big room, quiet n low density

Very difficult to locate. Taxi driver had to call the hotel 3 times for directions. Hotel was old and did not had a clean presentation. I was on the 4th floor, no elevator, and very steep steps.

Great location in the city ....
Location, location, location.

Was ok. A bit disappointed with the street where it is located. Open sewer and it smells like sewer indeed. Inside, the room was really big. The bathroom can be cleaner indeed. For the price paid, I would indeed stay at this place indeed. The wifi really works well... a very big plus !! Lastly, the staff are really friendly and speaks good English.

Unbeateable value for room, location & transport
1) Huge designer room for suites at budget rate, 2) 5 mins walk to Silom Complex, Saladaeng BTS, night markets 3) Great friendly hotel staff who speaks good english - personally by Jin Jin the owner

Great value for the price, room, location and service. I met young customers, couples and business travellers who stayed here demonstrating how popular this boutique hotel is! 5 mins walk to modern shopping, F&B, banks, BTS at SILOM COMPLEX. At night, enjoy night markets and Patpong by strolling along Silom. Jin Jin the hotel owner is friendly and speaks good english, always helpful in everything from booking taxi to info about Bangkok. I will certainly return and stay here for my future trips to Bangkok.

agreable, pratique
emplacement, calme, service simple mais efficace

not so easy to find for taxi but night life and restaurant at walking distance. wifi nont functionning

Modest Hotel, Great Staff, Quiet location
Friendly and efficient staff, central but quiet location, simple but good breakfast
8.3
A simple hotel that is not great physically but trying hard. A good location near Silom but off the road so quiet. The staff are great - genuine, friendly, helpful and welcoming. For the price the breakfast was simple but pretty good and generous. Note that the hotel has no elevator so ask for a lower floor if you have a lot of bags. Make sure you have the phone number when you get the taxi to as it is tricky to find. happy to stay there again if I needed to be in that district.

Quiet and friendly getaway from Bangkok's chaos
Quiet, friendly, relaxing

Nice and quiet at the end of a dead-end street. Staff were great: friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple Western style but good enough. Warnings: 1) no elevator so if you don't like flights of narrow steps, request a low floor (I had a high floor as that is what I wanted - escape the noise better). 2) If you want to pay by credit card at check out, there is a hefty extra % fee (think it was 5% or 7%?) - I didn't have enough cash on me so got hit. Not far from the night life and Silom Rd. Right next door is a delicious French (with a Thai touch) restaurant (degustation menu)....I got in without booking early in the week but by Thursday it was booked out. Great value for money at Baan Saladaeng.

An enjoyable stay!
Location, friendly and helpful staff.

I booked this hotel purely for its location but was pleasantly surprised at the artistic decor and their very helpful staff. Our room was nice but it could use some repairs / upgrades i.e the door handle was loose, the water heater didn't work (so we had cold showers eek!) and there isn't a single English channel on the TV (other than televangelists). The cooked breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. I would suggest adding some extras i.e. tomatoes, beans, mushrooms etc. It's just eggs and ham or sausage. However I would come back just for the staff, as they were very helpful and friendly. I also liked the decor and cleanliness.

Truly an oasis in the heart of Bangkok.
Excellent Location, Friendly Staff, Spacious Rooms

It wasn't love at first sight, but eventually fell in love with this boutique hotel. We tried to convince ourselves that we booked the best boutique hotel. The entrance heading to the hotel was not really inviting. But when you are greeted by their very friendly staff wearing winsome smile all day, everything turns out right. The location is perfect! A mini-market just beside it in the morning, nearby budget-friendly and nice restaurants, a few steps away from the Central Mall/ Skytrain and MRT (less than 10mins). Near gay area Soi 4 (walking distance), DJ Station, Patpong. The only thing that disappointed me was the internet access in our room, (but the speed at the lobby was great)and the breakfast - should offer alternatives, could be better and the parking (my local friend was not able to park). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the friendly staff always offered help and assistance. Will definitely go back to this Hotel when i visit again BKK.

Nice hotel in Silom
location, friendly staff, good price

The hotel is a mere five minute walk from the Sala Daeng sky-train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are responsive to your questions and there is always a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, even though it had no windows. The wifi worked well and they provided a simple breakfast with toast, fried eggs and fresh fruits. Al in all good value for money.

The hotel is only a five minute walk from the Sala Daeng sky-train station, in a small alley of Saladeang road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are responsive to your requests. The room itself was nice and clean, only disadvantage was the fact that it had no windows, this depends on the type of room. The wireless internet worked well and the hotel gives a simple breakfast (toast, fried / scrambled eggs, corn-flakes, fresh fruits,...) All in all good value for money.
