Check in staff Ms Valla is very helpful. Even though I booked the wrong date,I managed to to get a room abeit high price and no breakfast. Room was ok, but aircon was faulty - very noisy from the fan coil. My sleep was totally disrupted.

It was a good stay. Location is extremely good. Minutes walk to Siam Paragon, Central World, Platinum Mall and MBK. There's a few massage around the hotel and some restaurant. There's also a street food and 7-11 behind the hotel. A new shopping mall on the right of the hotel (Siam One) connects directly to the BTS and Siam Paragon. All the staff are very helpful and friendly! Will stay there next time!

The stay is great and i bought during sales duration, so super worth the money. Just locate beside BTS Siam, easily accessible to anywhere.. The big room with big comfy bed and toilet with bathtub is an addition point to it too! Everyday will come with 2 complimentary mineral water and big swimming pool at level 4.. Will come back for it for sure if is cheap!
Overall value:very good. Location excellent for walking,shopping,food, terrible for traffic to-from airport. Most concerning is that stone edge of pool is in disrepair and rough resulting in injury to both our 4 year olds-met a couple who had the same problem 4 years ago and they alerted staff then--no repairs done (just a bit of smoothing w/epoxy). The process of changing rooms was difficult and no offer of moving our bags for us--had to take them all downstairs to lobby and up again. A hotel with great potential if a few repairs/upgrades are done, and a notch up in customer service (just say yes); alternative is lapse into mediocrity
Air condition in the lobby is warm,room is much cooler. Service is good, they send a slice of cake to my bff room on the day of her birthday. Friendly staff good in directions.The food is yummy for room service.Will be back to novotel siam.
This is my 2nd visit in 2 years in Novotel Siam. The location is perfect. Right opposite Siam paragon and beside Siam Square. Notable food places to eat are Baan Khun Mae (Thai), Som Tam (Isaan), Food Plus (Food alley where locals eat). The service I must say is really top notch. I have always felt welcome here and the staff are very responsive to your requirements. An additional plus point is that in the evenings, a makeshift market pops up every night along the streets.
