Had a nice stay at the hotel which is new so many taxi drivers do not know where it is located. It is at the more quiet part of the road and therefore need transport. there is no good restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and some of them can understand english quiet well.
Been in several luxury hotels both 4 & 5 stars in Bkk, but summed up this is one of the better. Definitely the best Radisson in Bkk. Since it is still brand new, everything is not worn out, therefore it feels clean and more welcoming. The scented welcoming in the lobby (perfumed, but fresh) makes you step into another world. Everything is calm and the high roof there just makes it extra grand. A great plus is the 4 speedy elevators, thus less waiting time. Fitness room has the latest equipment from life fitness with led screens and external docs for pluggin in and interact with your pad or phone. There's no shuttle to the main road, but when the hotel is less than 4 meters off of it, there's no need. Bts is only a 5 min walk away, which is also located at the shopping mall of terminal 21. There might be a few hotels I have stayed in with a slightly higher standard, but most of these have an inferior location if you like the close action of the city and couldn't care less about the riverside. Summed up also including price you can't beat it.
I've stayed at many 5 star hotels around BKK and the Radisson Blu is really excellent. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in, the hotel feels very new, staff is very polite, room service food quality was excellent. Overall value very good. Would suggest this hotel over many other similar properties.
We loved it. After 8 years living in Thailand and after organizing shipping we stayed at the hotel whilst we tied up looses ends. We loved the welcome and staff. Our room was lovely although sorting out turning lights off was tricky. I am glad we paid for breakfast it was excellent. The pool area was lovely too. Thank you we had a stress free stay and much appreciate it.
It's a brand new hotel. We were a bit afraid by the name, but it seems like Radisson is improving a lot, it's really a good hotel, with good location, next to the train station. Gym and spa are very good, also. Although it's a downtown hotel, it's very relaxing.
Really enjoyed my stay. Good location to see the city. Excellent staff; very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and the hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast was the unbelievably good! So many choices of great items.
