This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was great. Such great value for money as there's always lots happening. We got on of the internal tour companies to take us to the tiger temple and the floating market we would highly recommend you get him (mike) as he was so nice and knowledgable about Thailand - was a pleasure having him take us round. All in all great trip and start to out holiday in Thailand.
The hotel is right in the heart of Bangkok and the tallest building which has a nice view.
I had a horrid time. They cheated me for 1,000 bath for early check in which I paid them in cash before checking in but they wrote on the bill saying charge to room and argued with us that we did not pay that early check in few when we checked out the room and when we argued to check their CCTV footage that we actually did pay they said their CCTV cameras do not work try are just there. They ripped us off for 1000 bath and made our stay very difficult had a bad time. Extremely disappointed their staff raised their voiced and argued that we did not pay when they could hav solved this issue if hey had looked at their CCTV cameras. There was definetly some cheating and foul play. Please look into this matter and don't recommend them as they are cheating foreigners for money and they don't know how to be hospitable.
It was a pleasure, clean toilets and all basic facilities met, concierge was simple to use, check in was easy and secure with only the room cards being able to head to the various guest floors. Had a night market just downstairs and taxis waiting right outside the hotel lobby. Can walk to platinum and also other yummy food places :)
Please send someone to clean the hotel. I cant imagine 3 of my precious lady went there sleepless at night.. and I cant be there to help. what happened? Seems like the public rushing to the roof and view the scenery at night, but hotel should maintain the room well.
I was looking for family time before going away. For the price, this hotel was the perfect solution to suit my needs and exceeded my expectations.
