For the price we paid, this hotel represented good value, being a 5 Star property, within walking distance to many shopping areas, and near to the BTS station. However, being a 5 star property, one expects 5 star service and comfort. A few points that stay in my mind that were disappointing. The pillows are not comfortable, and there was no pillow menu, something most 5 star properties have these days. The Air-con blows onto the bed, despite me getting up on a chair to change the vent directions, leading to us constructing a pillow wall to block it. The room servicing was hit-and-miss. One day no towels replaced, and we waited over 30 minutes for them, only to have one of the bath towels being old and fraying. One day no bath floor mat. Upon arriving, only one bath robe, only one tooth-brush. When we ordered room service breakfast, we ordered two meals, yet the setting was for one person, despite my wife and I both being registered upon check-in. Upon check out, we were not asked about our stay, else these matters may have been brought up with the hotel directly. These points are probably not enough to ruin our stay, but noticeable enough to be mentioned.
Hotel was great, staff where excellent from getting out of the car at gone midnight to leaving for the airport, location is almost perfect would recommend to all
I will highly recommended this hotel and I’m sure will visit it again, Once i step in the hotel the staff gave us a 5 star warm welcome and quickly help us unload our luggage from cab after i check in the hotel, I requested for late check out on my departure day and the staff on the spot give us unit 2pm, the most like about this hotel is the room concept very modern, free internet access, the room and the hotel very clean especially the toilet and for their house keeping one day two time, the location are very near to BTS station just a 5min walk.
Overall, the performance of the servicing staffs, cleanness and comfortableness of the room exceed my expectation. I would recommend anyone to stay there and try out the lovely Spa.
The hotel met and exceeded all my expectations. It was just a 3 minutes walk to the BTS station, and was walking distance to all the major shopping areas - Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Centralworld, Central Chitlom. The breakfast was to die-for, with so many choices, international as well as local Thai.
The staff are very attentive and tried to accommodate guests needs as much as they can. The hotel is location right next to Chitlom BTS station which is very convenient. It's also connected to the skywalk to the Central World and Siam Paragon. Overall, it was a good stay and we will definitely come back.
