Greeted by polite friendly staffs are reception. The room was spacious and clean. The Spa massage therapist is great, totally relaxing. There is also a free Novotel airport shuttle booth at BKK airport exit 4.
Had a great stay at this hotel before departure. Could not complain at all. Prices was ok to be a flight hotel but everything was just perfect. Going for sure to stay their again.
Only stayed a night between flights. Beds were soft and cuddly, bathroom roomy and clean. Great service and breakfast. Would def go back if the opportunity appears!
A brief 24 hour stay was made enjoyable by access to the lounge for free cocktails and food, followed by a morning breakfast and then some relaxing around the pool area until after lunch tapping into the free wifi. After that it was off for afternoon tea and biscuits before catching my connecting flight.
We stayed 12 hours, had good time, close to airport so saved 2 1 hour taxis into Bangkok. Great looking pool with swim up bar, great executive lounge breakfast with plenty healthy options. Very comfy bed & bathroom. Only complaint was 3 device limit on wifi, so 2 people with iphones & pc/ipad wanting to download pre flight it was a pain having to log off 1 of them.
This is a great location as you can walk inside the Airport over to the hotel. The checkin/checkout time is flexible (any 24hr period). So it's perfect if you have a long layover in Bangkok. It's a solid business class hotel so it's quite comfortable. But it's way overpriced for what it is. If you have a long layover from an international flight, it's perfect. Otherwise, stay somewhere else nicer and cheaper.
