first of all i came with a flight early morning i arrive at the hotel at 10:00 Am,so my Room was not ready the Girl on the Reception tould me i have to wait 4 hours up to two afternoon after traveling 20 hours.so i have to upgrade to another room so i get one.the size of room very good but very old Furnitures(i was little dissapointet)the Bed was very nice hard and good for sleeping,anyway if the preis is not to high i will come back any time again,the people working at the hotel all very nice .thanks to them
The toilet is a total disaster. It got clogged and the room cleaning service ignored it. We called for help, but it was not really fixed. It was clogged again very soon. What's worse is that after their plumbing work, they didn't clean up the toilet. The feces was everywhere in the toilet and on the seating cover. It was really disgusting. The check-in procedure is weird too. They tried to persuade us to upgrade our room with additional charge. It prolonged the time for check-in and the selling made us rather uncomfortable.
This hotel is good for shoppers or people who want to enjoy the center of BKK, sukhumvith area. The rooms are nice and big as well as they have very comfortable beds. I did not like the bathroom though, but this is the only reason why I would not come back if other options available. Staff is good and very helpful whatever you need.
Very close to shopping area, clean and quiet environment
Generally good impression both staff and atomosphere there. Unexpectedly calm sorrounding environment is one of the beauties of this hotel. Facility got old and vasin bathtub are cracked however, still we can feel old days good facility and service. Good for family use. Not so romantic accommodation however one of the good budgetary choices among BTS Nana area hotels.
Thought i check out this property as i am into experiencing various international hotel management styles. Great plus is it is few min walk to Nana BTS and noise levels from external environment is very low, which is great for deep sleep. Check in was smooth, first impression of room was that of a "well maintained old dame". Room is spacious. Breakfast has good spread but seating capacity may pose a challenge if hotel is full. House keeping and Engineering departments are efficient as they addressed my concerns quickly. Areas that need improvement are:- 1) wi-fi is slow and unreliable 2) upon check in, discovered WC does not work; but this was resolved quickly 3) wi-fi password had to be changed thrice by Front Desk before it could work 4) wash basin water pressure is weak Did not try SPA and Gym, so no comments. Hope ACCOR's management can address the above concerns in due course. I hope my future bookings made with this property serve as encouragement for management. Cheers.
