Fabulous. Better if food quality could improve a little.
Stayed four nights. Heard rave reviews. Generally good value on Agoda's rates. Shower is very problematic. Hot and cold mixers in both rooms I stayed did not work well and water would get very hot or very cold suddenly. Otherwise, staff were friendly. Unless you have work to do near Rama IV, not recommended for first time travelers to BKK as location is not the best for tourists. Near Chamchuri Square which has some restaurants. Many group tourists.

I was very impressed by the service rendered by the hotel. Rooms are very well equipped with even a microwave oven. Breakfast variety is a little limited on the downside. Very decent price range. Will definitely use the hotel again for future stays in Thailand.
Sometimes is good, but my latest stay was not so satisfactory due to water pressure for shower is very low and water is totaly not hot. Toilet 1 light not fuctioning, but I ignored it cos only 2nites stay and I was realy tired due to long day outing.. Usually will only stay at this hotel due to value for money, is a new hotel and clean.
Central located, clean, beautiful facilties, friendly stuff. 100% recommend to anyone who wants to visit Bangkok and do city activities.
I have stayed here previously and was pleased so stayed again. It is excellent value for money, great location, being 2 minutes walk from the underground, 15 minutes walk to MBK. Staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. I didn't eat there so feel unable to comment on the food, everything else was, as before, excellent.
We only stayed for one night. The room was clean and staff were friendly and efficient. We went to the restaurant for the buffet dinner. Food was not very good and the buffet items were not replenished fast enough. It appeared as if they had run out of food.
