This hotel is seriously bad value. Avoid it. You wake up at 6 am because the white electric blinds don't block out the light And you can't partially shut them if it's bright sunlight The breakfast is barely 3 star with its thin old leathery bacon and poor bread There's no cafe for daytime of bar for evening The TV channels are very poor - one premium movie channel only, no DVD player and no pay movie service for a rainy day in And even my aircon thermostat seemed to not work and I was freezing at night on 22 degrees Awful cheesy elevator music everywhere You have to get up to switch the lights off Only good things are the staff are very nice (but that's the standard in Bkk) and it's new.

Waited 1 hour for bag to be brought to room. No reference to executive dining during booking in. Breakfast service was terrible.

it is located above the BTS, very convenient, and the swimming pool is wonderful , i like the Juzuzi very much!!
Very comfortable, and convenient. I had access to the F floor which provided separate buffet breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and coffee and tea in comfortable settings.
Absolutely brilliant, couldn't be better located to nightlife, shopping, transport and attractions. Great value for money as treated like kings and queens. Amazing spa facilities, just one thing if you are travelling as a couple and were planning to laze around the jacuzzi, they are separate which was a shame.
It was fantastic the moment I step foot on the hotel entrance. Everything was prefect, thumbs up. Only thing is, the hotel don't sell alcohol.
I chose this hotel because it is next to BTS and MRT which gets me to my meeting places quickly and conveniently. It is next to a nice shopping center where I normally buy gifts for my family and friends and also where I go for quick lunch or dinner. The hotel has a nice spa with affordable prices and the spa is the link way to the shopping center!
