good value for money
Very good overall, and for a good price, though there are other hotels in the area almost as good for about 2/3 the price. If you need something clean and modern, with a helpful staff (they were happy and smiling most of the time), this is a good choice. They fixed our safe in a matter of minutes and took care of other small matters quickly as well. Close to everything. Recommended!

I am a regular guest at this Best Western Plus. I really like the hotel but was disappointed this stay in 2 key areas. The air-con was extremely difficult to regulate and was overridden by a sensor when you slept which warmed up the room to a level that it was difficult to sleep. The internet did not work on the last night and morning of my stay. Other then that it is a very good hotel with nice staff.
Cheap Good Clean value for money
i've been a repeat traveller to this hotel. the hotel staff has always been a plus point to stay here. very accomodating, friendly and helpful. location of hotel is near to Terminal21 shopping centre and Asoke BTS, very convenient. taxi aplenty if u need to flag it, to go further places like JJ Market or Rot Fai Night Market. staff in hotel will always flag for u and insist the taxi drivers charge accordingly to meter and not get ripped off. clean, modern and quiet hotel. honest and friendly staff always. truly impressed. will be back there to stay again !
