Room was very clean and comfortable & the staff was very courteous and attentive Managed to spend some time at the gym & swimming pool and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Definitely will stay here again!
Overall my stay was excellent, I like the hotel, location is good, staff are helpful, pool is nice and gym is awesome, I still think the rooms are a touch dated and could be better so I am not complaining will stay again
Got the Junior Suite and 2 Deluxe rooms on flash deal from Agoda 3 months before the travel date and 6 of us had an amazing time there. Not only because Bangkok is awesome but Four Seasons is too. The hotel is gorgeous and staffs are very friendly and helpful. We got the connecting deluxe room and the suite is huge. Will definitely recommend to others.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to Rachadamri Train station. Siam square with high end shopping malls is just a 3 min walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. Fitness centre/ spa is pretty good, though swimming pool design was just so so. Room was nicely designed with all the amenities. Overall had a pleasant stay, though the hotel building and overall outlook doesn't match other Four Seasons priorities that I have been too.
