I am disabled and this hotel was a disastrous choice for me. A lot of difficult steps to get into the hotel, followed by a large set of stairs - 20 stairs, and no elevator, followed by more difficult steps to reach the room. I was then trapped in the room until my friend came to help me. The room was a fair size but seemed old and badly in need of an update. The continental quilt on the bed had no cover and looked like it needed a good clean. The air conditioning unit leaked and took 6 hours to reduce the room temperature from 31C to 28C. There was no menu for room service and it took ages to get anyone in the restaurant to understand simple food requests - they didn't speak Thai! Only one set of towels when they knew 2 people were staying. Free coffee making in the room but only provided sugar and creamer - no coffee! The room overlooked the pool, and the final straw was the very loud disco party around the pool that kicked off at 6.30.pm through until after 10.00.pm. Music, with massive bass, far too loud in the room even with all windows closed, and the TV on. Probably would have gone on later if it had not been curfew restricted. I had booked for 3 nights, but checked out after only one night, to find somewhere more acceptable. The staff then half-heartedly offered me another room, but still up the 20 stairs, merely avoiding the last few steps. Did not feel at all like a 4 star hotel.
the rooms were very dirty and the pictures on agoda must be from when the hotel was first renovated. the property and the furnishings are really old and run down.
I only stayed one night. There was a gay vibe. Hotel staff were friendly. Nice big towels.
There were water problems when we stayed in the hotel. No running water in the faucet. We have to wait for them to fix it before we can use the toilet and shower.
Good. Booking was smooth. Wasn't overly impressed that there weren't staff around on Monday morning at 8am - but didn't impact negatively.
