Concierge was friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Lobby staff was great. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Although the rooms don't provide hair dryers, they were quick to hand us one the moment we requested for it. Location is really great. It's easy to travel anywhere from the hotel and you're surrounded by the major malls in the city. View from the room overseas a great part of the city which is nice and there really isn't anything to complain about. This is the hotel I'll keep going back for everytime I make a trip to Bangkok. :)

Definitely I will stay in Centara Grand at Central World Hotel again if I visit Bangkok. Attentive staff, good location, easy access to town by walking distance. What else you are looking for....
1) Food - Other than the Red Sky Bar which I went and highly recommended, I did not use any other service. No comments on this 2) Staff - Good English skill and attentive. Staff greet you always anytime. 3) Clean clean and clean. They are spotless in cleaning. 4) Room - DISSAPOINTING. With this price I could get better hotel with cheaper price. For ex GLOW Hotel. Their bed is hard. Room is a little aging. I've stayed a total of 6 days 5 nights and I got to change 3 different rooms due to AC, Room 4007 AC has rattling sound. Room 3707 thermostats spoil. Maintained at 16 deg at all time, or is it freezing temp at all time. Lastly room 3712 perfect. As stated aging. Overall location is great. Walking to sky train is about 5 mins. But from leaving the room, you need o to take 2 different lifts, walk thru the mall which might take 5 mins then another 5 mins thru the bridge. And pls be reminded.. The mall closes at 10pm, after that u can't access to the hotel via the mall. Is it a good stay? I say it's alright Will I stay here again? Maybe, not my first choice.
this is my third time here. the hotel is very comfortable and very close to shopping area - Central world shopping center and siam paragon.
It was a pleasant stay. I truly enjoyed dining at the red sky restaurant, the room is spacious, the staffs were helpful and friendly.
