We informed the hotel staff via phone call of our late arrival. And it all sounded very professional and courteous on the phone until we actually arrived for check in. The lobby was sparse with only three staff, which would seem odd for a hotel this size (before 10 pm). As soon as we went to check in at the front desk, we were confronted by repeated warnings of possible extra penalty charges via a manner that felt more like threats than warm reminders. The hotel was grand, the room was clean, but the first impression set by the customer service could have certainly been more pleasant.

Always a nice stay at Grand Millennium Sukhumvit Bangkok. Check in and check out, was swift, rooms great, beds super comfortable, food excellent and the staff polite and attentive. We have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok on many visits over 2 decades. This is one of our favorites.
Hotel was fantastic great location and great staff
Everything was very nice. Upon arrival I was escorted to the executive Lounge for check-in. My Luggage was taken to the room seperately and it was brpght only seconds after I entered my room. The room is exactly as pictured on the homepage or tripadvisor and reasonably well cared for. Room service is nice and efficient. Breakfast is really good with a large choice of dishes for every taste. If ever I return to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again.
