Overall a great hotel a stone's throw away from Platinum mall. Some minor issues though -we felt that the room lighting was slightly dim, and the water in the shower does not flowout easily. Other than that, still one of the best value for location!
The location is very good as it is walking distance to Platinum Mall and there are one shopping mall (Palladium) which is linked to hotel. Just outside of the hotel you can find alot of street food and the famous chicken rice is just opposite the hotel. From Airport to Hotel, you can take the airport link (40 bahts) to the Ratchaprapro station and its 10 - 15 mins away from the hotel. The buffet was simple and nice. Their pastries are good! The only thing i dislike about the hotel would be their shower area. There will be water leakage after you are done showering as the height of the water blockage( dont know what it is called) is too shallow. Overall, i enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
HOTEL - Overall was a good stay. This hotel is very near to Platimum Mall, about less than 5/7 mins. Room is generally big and clean. But make sure to stay at "Main Tower" as it will connect you to the main reception hall + breakfast area. If staying at "North Tower" you need to transfer lift to get to the main reception hall and buffet area. There is a night market just right outside Pallidum Mall that operates probably 6-10/11pm. The only bad thing is that lifts are dark so cannot really see the buttons clearly. LOCATION - Just have to cross 2 roads (busy traffic) - there is an overhead bridge at Pallidium Mall (next to Berkeley Hotel) that connects to the road to Platinum Mall. TRANSPORT - There are "tuk-tuk" and taxi operators outside this hotel. A 4 seater cab from hotel to international airport in BKK cost THB $500 while a bigger one will cost THB $700. Just have to ask Conceirge to arrange. Nearest BTS station @ Racharaprop. About 15/20 minutes walk. Highly recommended especially if you are into Platinum Mall for wholesale stuffs.

great hotel, strategic location with short walking distance to popular shopping areas. Nice foods can be found surrounding the hotel. Courteous, helpful and attentive staff from bell services, front office, hostess to f&b services.

Overall stay was okay. But dissapointed over the fact where they still charged us for the late check out. We cannot even access the room because the key card is no longer working but they still charged us. We also requested for an extra bed but it was delivered on our second night already.
