The minibar did not have beer and liquor, which most 3-4 star hotels has..... If you stay with your child, don't chose this hotel!!!! Children needs to be minimum 7 years old to enter all the restaurants and the roof restaurant/bar area. The hotel should have 3,5-4 stars if looking at room standards and the overall look and feel.
Fantastic I got upgraded when I arrived , the service is fantastic the only issue was because I was one the 54 floor the wifi would drop out . The buffet breakfast has so much variety . This is my 2nd or 3 time at the hotel I just love it
Granted the rooms are big but the lay out is not ideal and it has a very dated look and feel. The amenities are limited, the 2(!) tv's were not flat screens but old and low quality. The power failed during our stay as we were in the elevator which was not a great experience.
My stay in Lebua is always near flawless. The staff has a unique sense of how not to disturb their guests unnecessarily, and are very quick whenever you need something. The rooms are large and indulgent. Can't imagine a more perfect place to stay!
We bought an upgrade to the so called "tower suites" which are located on the top floors. These suites have accces to a lounge where breakfast and lunch is served (complimentary). The restaurants offer culinary menus at - due to extraordinary wine prices - European (Michelin star) price level. The same goes for the rooftop bar (64th floor) which offers a superb view over the city.
Very good stay, large suite, amazing breakfast. Nevertheless, the wifi was not working well (not acceptable for this kind of hotel, TVs were not flat, and no cutlery in the kitchen,
