Check in - quick. but finding the lobby/check in counter was tiring. It was basically hiding on the 4th floor, no signs where to go when you get down from the elevator. Rooms - okay. Open closet in front of bed. so when you are on the bed, hanging clothes hits right on your face. not good!!! Balcony - merely a 'sea' view, rather more of a building view. Got upgraded to Premier suit, but that didn't add much value to me. Food - room service good and it was quick. Breakfast - nothing wow. typical stuff you find in other hotels. Bathroom amenities - looked very old. The tap at the basin was moving. Shower - hot water wasn't performing well. Overall, good stay. But I wouldn't say its a value for money.
- The room was okay compared with the price we paid. A bit awkward room layout though. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Two thumps up for all the staff members from the security guards to the staffs at the front desk. - The breakfast was okay. Wider selection would have been nice. - The pools were quite small. Okay for relaxing but not for swimming. - The bar on the rooftop was very quiet even on a Saturday night. Not enough selection of wine, beer, and whiskey Overall, nice stay for a pretty unique decoration. Some might find a bit too much for their tastes but my girlfriend and I liked it.
Sad but true...Picture shown room with pool view which i paid for but on arrival they gave another room. Was Very Very Disappointed. Over All not a bad experience.

Pleasant and chill. Somehow the pool is packed with people. Atmosphere is very nice. Lot of activity u can have here. It is good for children.
We did not enjoy our stay at all. Room was very small, there was a lack of napkins when dining, sheets were not changed and the smoking area was in front of the lift doors. Overall after staying in many 5 star resorts in this region, we would rate this place as a 3.5 Not recommended.
Limited parking space, feel like stay in condominium not hotel, don't have table for breakfast.but staff quite helpfully
Good view when I book the room for beach view. Nice decoration of hotel and also clean. I will definitely go there again when need to relax beacuse it's quiet and nice atmosphere. Love it!
