have stayed before and will come back,good value for money,breakfast is good but noticed other guests handling the food ,and staff didnt seem to care ,the only negative.

Only there one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice rooms, we didn't eat there though. Shower and baths were nice. Tv had some limited choice but wifi was free and had easy access. Ordered a taxi to take us to Pattaya and it arrived in five minutes. A walk along a crowded street with no footpath from sukhumvit road but within walking distance. Staff were pleasant although some spoke littleEnglish. I would certainly recommend a stay here it was good value for money.
I was very happy with my stay at the In Residence Bangkok. The location was great and the one bedroom suite was perfect. I liked everything about the hotel and would love to stay there again. The only minor hiccup was housekeeping took too long (approx 30mins) when I requested new towels. Apart from this it was perfect.
Had a good stay there very Friendly guy at the pool good service, nice breakfast and will say good value for the money. Close to the nightlife and restaurants

Had a fantastic one week stay at this Hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly rooms Are excellent and clean. If you want a great stay in Bangkok this is the Hotel to come to. A bit far from bts but it served no problems with a strole when going out
