got upgraded upon arrival to a room with balcony on the top floor. View was great! right across from the beach.close enough but also far enough away from walking street. would stay here again
We had to argue with the staff because they asked us to pay when we have friends come over for the night even though we were already charged for 2 persons in one room thru agoda. Example: we checked in for 8rooms, and was charged for 2 pax/room. First we shoed up with only 12 people, and when we invite another 4pax of friends, the hotel asked us to pay extra!! So unfair.
I will give hot pepper to this hotel!
Great stay, good staff, breakfast had dropped in quality slightly from last visit but still good.
The swimming pool is very nice especially for children! the room in the new tower is very modern and clean. Only the music is very loud outside and last tikk 1 o' clock at night!

It's a very practical hotel near everything and a very good value for the money. However, the buildings have no real charm. No complains but no big positive surprises either. Staff is very nice and effective.

Nice place, easy to walking to shopping place, entertainment area. Staff so nice and professional. Facility inside the room are so good.
The stay was just perfect, we reserved 4 rooms, got upgraded to better rooms for free, had beautiful view of Pattaya beach. We came with a 2 month baby, and the staff gave us extra baby bed. we had a great holiday in this hotel. Highly recommended.
i'll be back to this hotel when i travelling to pattaya again.
