This is a fabulous hotel built and operated by people who understand international standards of quality. Pushing all superlatives aside, here's what makes this hotel special: -- Service: With only 18 rooms in the hotel, the staff is more than ready to anticipate and fill any guest need. Want to hire a taxi for sightseeing? The receptionist will go outside to the taxi stand to set it up at a reasonable price. Wiping your brow at an outside café table in the late afternoon sun? The staff inside observes, brings you a cold, scented towel and a portable Tefal air cooler for the table. -- Rooms: Elegantly designed and decorated. All materials are first rate and everything works and makes sense. Amazingly, although you're only about 50 meters from Beach Road, you don't hear a single bus because the windows and balcony door use thick, double glass. -- Food: The menu is varied but limited and the food doesn't come out quickly, which underscores that every dish is freshly prepared and beautifully presented. This is the only restaurant in Thailand that I've been to where both the international and Thai dishes (according to my Thai wife) are superb.
This hotel was so good that we forfeited out accommodation in Hua Hin so we could stay here again. Would recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in Pattaya.
This hotel is perfect in all areas. The staff were great and the room was of very high standard. The breakfast was the best as you order as you go as apposed to the usual buffet style breakfast. The hotel is in a great position on beach road. A short walk to Central Festival and right on the beach.
I was pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. Absolutely wonderful stay and the staff were all superb.
The best hotel we stayed in Thailand during our 2 week trip.
Overall Very good. The Wave is a new Hotel and in very good condtion. Staff very nice and attentive - but slow and lagnuage skills average at best - lack skilled management - which is a problem across Pattaya. Also, our room on the top (3rd floor) near the elevator and it was quite noisy as you could hear the motor / lift each use. When dining outside - the sewage smell at times was overwhelming. But in spite of these issues would go back as it is very nice and inexpensive and no hassles.
My wife and I stayed at Wave Hotel for two nights and we were not disappointed. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The hotel was surprisingly quiet being that it overlooks Beach Road. Every room faces the beach. The food was superb. The staff were attentive and helpful and all spoke with a good command of English. We will definitely stay again.
other than the value the Wave is great boutique hotel,the check in and out was very fast,the staff were great,the room was big and clean and modern,the location was great.

The hotel is brand new and very nicely designed, a bit in the art deco style, unusual for Pattaya. The rooms are well designed with a big bathroom area. Breakfast was great. If I have to give some negative, it would be that the toilet in room 35 was not installed level, which makes it interesting, sitting on an angle. But that would be nit-picking. Great hotel.

Great location, nice design and tasty breakfast. Nevertheless, the check-in service was quite slow and the semi-buffet breakfast was slow too.
I loved the warm welcome we received when we checked in ... a nice refreshing drink and macaroon to much on while our checkin was taken care of. The hotel and rooms all have a great old-fashioned design ... which is worth staying in just for that experience. Being on Beach Road you are close to all the action in Pattaya and when you've had enough the Wave hotel provides a great escape from it all. I would stay here again for sure.

This trip is the 1st trip for me and my boy friend and going to celebrate his birthday. Before booking at Wave, I sent some mails to asking, the hotel manager (Ms Nim) reply me quickly. After I booked by Agoda, she sent me a mail asking our trip's detail, because she knew the purpose of this trip, she said will surprise us. When my bf open the room's door, it really Surprise us, about 5-10 staff inside and singing bday song, prepared a surprise bday party for us, cake, drink, flower....We're really touching. Honestly, I only expect maybe a bday setting on bed, a card but... it's really Unexpected, they're all so kind, sweet, friendly & enthusiastic. They give us a memorable memory. About the hotel, we love the hotel's decor, color, it's so special, I love it at my first sight. The room is warm, comfortable bed, large bath tub. The tv system is great too, many new movies, and can browser youtube. The breakfast is good although it's a La cate. But the only thing can be better is the water pressure. The location of Wave is on the busy Beach Road, you can get anything from the 5-min walking distance to Central Festival but the atmosphere is still so relax and quiet. The pool is good although it's not really big. I love Wave, I love sweet and helpful staff which treat you as friend. I'm highly recommend Wave to you and definitely to stay again in my next Pattaya's trip!!
This is a new hotel which has put a lot of thought into its design and decor. Everything has been finished well and small things like good lighting have not been overlooked. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful and made our stay a pleasure. If there is any small negative it's that the evening menu is rather small but that said the food was still good.
