As above. Wonderful. Definitely will head back to it in the future.

Great hotel
Staff performance, location, nice amenities
9.7
The hotels is in a great location. Rooms quiet, comfortable, spacious. Staff very friendly & professional. The hotel is warm, welcoming, stylish, gay friendly. I would stay here again & suggest it to others.

Over Rated, Old Style Hotel
Location, Room Good
7.3
I got a special price on Agoda so cannot complain too much. The room was nice, location and Internet very good. But for me the hotel has no soul. There is no atmosphere and no reason to hand around the lobby area. When I was there it was not busy and may be for that reason breakfast was disappointing though the staff in the dining area were great. If i had to pay more I would not have stayed. There are many better alternatives.

Business oriented, confortable, beautiful
Design, business oriented, great staff
9.3
The Hotel is very beautiful. The staff is also very friendly and professional. The issue is the location when using the taxi. Enjoy the stay.

You Get What You Pay For: Pricey but worth it
1) Only a 5 minute walk to the Skytrain 2) Only a 15 minute walk to Lumpinee Park 3) close to night life- gay clubs and strip clubs for the singles 4)hotel is well maintained
9.3
I stay in BKK 8-10 time a year on weekends. It is my "escape" from a smaller city where I work. About once a year I will splurge and stay at the Crowne Plaza. The most comfortable beds and pillows I have encountered; well trained English speaking hotel staff (which is hard to find in Thailand); great food. Only complaint: The spot lights in the pool area have not all worked the past three years and they still haven't fixed them ! ...and the room service is S-L-O-W. It would have been faster to get ice from the 7-11 mart around the corner than waiting the full 35 minutes for room service to deliver it...same with the room service from the restaurant.

This is the hotel to stay in for Silom-BKK
Friendly professional staff; Close to Skytrain and underground; Easy access to night life

I work in another city in Thailand. I stay at the Crowne Plaza two times a year for weekend holidays when I want something nice in the Silom area. The hotel is not full of bus tour groups coming and going; or screaming children (sorry), more of a hotel for adults and business professionals. The rooms are quiet and taken care of. The restaurant staff, check in clerks, down to the maids cleaning the rooms are all well trained and friendly. Though the hotel is great, as in all hotels there are improvements that could be considered. ( Have been staying here for 4 years- not a one time visit.) The discount package for the afternoon Happy Hour & morning breakfast buffet information (if you share it to customers) is confusing and depends on which clerk is explaining it. The information is NOT always the same at the check in. Each room should have a special card advertising how visitors staying at the hotel get a 30% discount when eating at the restaurant. Why keep this a secret? (Yes, you have it in the little binder about the hotel services. How many people read this???) Two years in a row your room service is overly slow. It should not take 30 minutes to get ice in the evening or two extra towels. And the final constructive suggestion: Since Crowne Plaza has moved in (before it was the Pan Pacific hotel) you have not fixed those spot lights under the swimming pool's Mayan statues. It seems you have neglected some details of the swimming pool area; however, you are to be congratulated of repairing the wooden deck around the pool, and purchasing new swimming pool lounge chairs. I hope you continue to stay in Silom, for what I enjoy the most of your hotel is the well trained staff and (of course) the location.
