Good Location in Soi 8 off Beach Road
The Hotel is good ,aircon is fine . They need to change all their towels ..The Towels are warn out ,..
If you want a location in the middle of the bar and massage area, 1 minute from beach then Sunshine Residence is ideal. Hotel is across from 7/11, Subway 50 metres down road, 1 minute walk from Central Festival shopping area. Hotel has 3 swimming pools, breakfast is great, big selection and good egg station. All Day Cafe does good variety and reasonable price. Wondercat Bar across road has very cheap drinks. Sailor Boi Bar near Subway has very good cheap meals and drinks with no hawkers allowed in bar and free wifi.Be aware that King Bar opposite hotel plays loud music from about 7pm to around 2am. Didn't bother any of the 3 couples in our group all in their late sixties. Would definitely stay again.

Environment not good, very noisy at the street, the hotel window can open fully and cannot stop the noise.
Very good hotel. clean and brand new rooms. The staff is perfect and try to find a solution for anything.
Had to change room after 1st night because I bumped my head several times. Ceiling to low in hallway. My height 6ft 5 is not accomodated in the old building. They changed my room to the new building.Room in new building is also better and has hairdryer. My laundry was not washed when I got it back the next day. I let the frontdesk sniff it out for me and they agreed not to charge me for that. Housekeeping clumsy, room half cleaned. But always the good frontdesk people were able to get things correct.
The new wing is excellent , except that some rooms near to night clubs could be quite noisy .Location is very good as it is very near to Centre Festival Mall with huge food court.Buffet breakfast is inexpensive with wide choices.
Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Good location and good value for a 3 star hotel. Nice bigroom, but make sure you get the room category you actually booked.close to night life and beach. Swift attention to problems when they occured
It was my repeat stay in sunshine hotel and surely when i visit pattaya i will stay this hotel again again.hotel is good and professional, room always clean and safe , good Wifi.Hotel located in soi 8. Everything is close the hotel ( bars,restaurant,massage ,taxi motorbike rental,tour desk)
