It's quite disappointment on my stay. The room was old the whole hotel is old , and very unprofessionally managed.
facility totally run down, looks like a bankrupt place, rotten wood deck, exposed nails,our private pool was green and murky like pond water, clogged toilet which was leaking water onto the bathroom floor every time you flush. water pump doesn't work properly sometimes water just stop during shower and had to be reset. 1 staff working the nightshift which we could not reach for more than 30mins. Simply, don't waste your hard earn money on this hotel. They also wanted to charge an extra for our little dog (3kg)on top we were paying,
Very very poor!!!! For every issues , every thing in room are out of order and no service no help. Especially for television signal, it's no signal . After I got out of resort , there is no solution no answer .conclusion, waste of money!!!
Pattaya Festival resulted in many good hotels becoming full, so booked Chic Chill. First night was in Chic Chill Pool Delight Villa. Did not like it, too run down. Changed to Pool Chill Villa, much better. Hotel grounds need maintenance. The garden not taken care off. Too many mosquito. Hotel pool is green algae water. Private Pool is clean, but water seems strangely sourish.
