Concierge staff most helpful -carry heavy luggage , even assist to weigh so that we wil not be Overweight .. Attentive to carry luggage anytime and arrange Transport ,explain to taxis in Thai where we are going as we had frequent trips in//out , heavy schedule to go many places ,, an ever willing smile despite so many request . Fast checkin as we needed to leave hotel for an appointment
Overall it was a good hotel stay. The room is comfortable and love the rain shower in the bathroom. It has everything we needed. Great location - easy access to shopping malls nearby.
I am pleased with the hotel staff who are very attentive. The room is well cleaned and room supplies are adequate. Requests to Housekeeping were attended to promptly.
All staff are very polite and the service cannot be better! The room is spacious and very well equipped. The cleanliness is superb as well.
Excellent ! Great services! Fast check in for IHG member. Same excellent service as other Holiday Inn Hotels that i have stayed before in Bangkok! Hope this is not due to the low rooms occupancy rates during this Military Coup period that the service provided was excellent. Please keep up the excellent service provided all year round!
Decent four star hotel, located near to shopping areas.
This is not my first staying in holiday inn but this time round the stay was a little disappointment. As my last 2nd night, my room Aircon was not working and we had to move our things to another room. Though they was very apologetic on that, but I would t,hint that they should consider to upgrade their hotel.
