Wifi was painfully slow, best wifi reception was in the toilet, no reception in certain parts of the room. Internet via Ethernet is 500thb a day. Breakfast was ordinary. Keycards sensor in lift could be better improved.

It was a good experience with good location. However, the Huai Kwang street is only opened at night. Nothing much round in the day, therefore a good hotel for business trip, and not really for the lazy traveller as nothing much around during the day. You can take the train to other places, but then the hassle of coming back with your purchases etc. I chose this hotel as I had factory visit so the day time did not bother me much. Quite a lot of PRC who knocks on wrong doors in the middle of the night, they scream to communicate with each other, they spit and rub it with their foot. However, we cannot blame this on the hotel for these disgusting roaches.
This is the third time to live here. It's a good and value hotel for biz travel. I need postpone my flight and could not keep touch with the airway. But the stuff help me finish without any extra fee. Haha, i am lucky and provide a good feedback, too.
Experiencing friendly and helpful hotel staff upon arrival and throughout my 2 day stay. Excellent breakfast and gym workout and swimming pool. No complain.

Usual great stay. But, internet was useless. Even the paid internet was useless. I could not get onto the VPN connection. Finally spent THB500 per night for two nights in a foot massage place across the road to get onto the VPN connection. Very strange that Swissotel internet does not work for my VPN connection. Apart from that, all other things works as they should. Great shower pressure, clean bedroom and bathroom and good breakfast. Location is excellent.
