Long Beach Luxury Villas

Chaos at arrival, no internet
Room size and comfort
4.7
When arriving be prepared for chaos! There is no signs outside the hotel with the hotel name. I went to the nearby Long Beach Hotel where they looked confused and told me to "go over there" - Over there they told me to go back to Long Beach Hotel to check in. Then finally I was told exactly where i was supposed to check in. There is no internet in rooms, and the charge for using internet in the lobby is 500 Bath per day!!!! This is outrageous. Breakfast was very poor by Thai standards. If they can put a sign with a name of the hotel in front of it , arrange for internet and improve breakfast then it will be Good.

Lovely villa but one member of staff spoled it
Nice rooms, clean and fresh

Everything is fine but the receptionist had the worst attitude, I did make a complaint as she was that bad (I never complain) and from then onwards she was much more helpful.
Shopping Tip: only 5 minutes motorbike taxi to Central Mall

Nice decoration
Room size and decoration are good

this is an expanasion side of long beach garden hotel. the room size and facility are good. it's private area, which suitable for relax.
Hotel Feature Tip: This room type is located on privacy area, so if you want to escape from city or people, it would be a good choice for you.

When I got in the hotel was raining but had the other perspective of view nice and cozy area.

Very nice hotel, good villa, service not so good
Very quiet and relaxing, villa's very nice and comfortable
6.7
The villa's are of a good size and slept myself, wife and son comfortably and the hotel grounds and pool are very nice and well looked after. It is quiet and relaxing in what is quite a busy nearby area, the beach is not directly at the hotel but about 300 yards walk which is ok. However, the service is very poor - there were very few people there, perhaps because of low season, but meant that there was no bar or food available ... you can get this all from the sister Long Beach hotel which has all amenities but means walking a couple of blocks to get there ... this included going for breakfast. Checking in wasnt to clever due to surly and unhelpful staff. Checking out was a nightmare, took to long, and ended up almost missing a flight due to delay departing WiFi does not work regardless of what website says - had to go across to sister hotel and pay to use in the hotel lobby
Restaurant Tip: There are a few very nearby, a lot serving Russian dishes as there are many living in this area

Quiet and comfortable, service to be desired !
Location great and bath big enough to wash an elephant.

Stayed at Long Beach Luxury villas for one night on Kings birthday weekend 2011. Booked online and called to confirm but was told that the booking had not been made. Spoke to 2 different people who after 20 mins realised that they had not received the booking as their reservations office was closed and couldn't confirm my reservation so decided to head to hotel to explain. I live in Pattaya and found the hotel area straight away but finding the actual hotel was near impossible. No where was actually called Long Beach Luxury Villas at all and what they should have told you was that you are supposed to check into Long Beach Pavillion and the concierge will see you to your room. After an hour and a half trying to find the hotel just by chance stopped at the Long Beach Pavillion that looks rather run down from the outside but ok inside. Tried to explain in English and my girlfriend (Native Thai) tried in Thai that we had made the booking online that morning and we would like to check in. I asked if we could print out the voucher or even show her the confirmation voucher online to confirm but was told with a *bugger off' type attitude to go to another hotel to print out document. Finally got voucher printed off at Long Beach Resort and Spa hotel and was then able to check in. Taken to room where the concierge carried the smallest bag and expected a tip. Room was good and clean with nice design but paint was peeling off the ceiling in place and looked altogether a bit shabby and asked the question a number of times "is this place really 5* ?". Feeling rather annoyed and we headed down to the beach and realised how this hotel attracted guests from around the world. Wonderful location on a very quiet and family oriented beach. Clean water and lovely guests. Very very very enjoyable. Upon check out had to sit around for 10 mins while concierge checked the room. All in all wouldnt go back again. Service rubbish!
Travel tip: Check in at the Long Beach Pavillion not the main hotel. Looks like a Pink/rose beach house with 2-3 grumpy women waiting to agitate you. Head to restaurant/bar opposite the exit to Long Beach Resort and spa for an amazing live music ensemble. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe the best guitarist I have ever heard. If you like status quo, led zepellin you'll really appreciate it.

This is an apartment for rent
Private, quiet and new
5.7
This is a good hotel but it is not like 5 stars hotel. The quality of the services is bad. All the facilities are available at the long beach garden hotel, which is 150-200 meters away from the hotel. There is no beach, breakfast on location. The internet is not provided. I am not confident with the security as well. The pathway to the hotel was very dark, few lights were set.

very great hotel amenities and room decoration.

very impressive. and with agoda's price deal, the hotel provides very high class service and amenities with reasonable price.
Restaurant Tip: near La Baguette, very nice french bakery
