The hotel was great for the price. The TV channels were not working and the washing machine/dryer didn't dry. Other than that I can't fault it.
Huge clean room with a very comfortable bed. Executive Studio Suite has a kitchen area with Microwave, Huge Fridge and even Washing Machine. Will stay at this hotel again definitely.
There is always an unpleasant smell on the floor/room we lived. Everyday we need to spray the air freshener (they gave us upon our request) in our room to forget the bad sewage smell. The hotel and rooms are a bit old and tired.

We stayed for three nights. When we booked, we thought had picked the perfect hotel room, as it came with a kitchen, washing machine, dining area, and appeared close to the BTS. All turned out to be true except the latter. The hotel is located at the very end of Soi 2. On a google map, you might think it is walkable. I'll tell you that it's NOT. On a hot day, it's very unpleasant to walk all way the to the hotel. Considering I did this 3-4 times during a very busy day, I was totally sick of it. Don't book this hotel; it's just too far from the road. Unless you plan to stay home all day every day, don't book here. Inside, the rooms are quite high quality, but hardly compensates for the location. While the hotel does offer a shuttle to take you to Sukhumvhit, you're on your own when coming back. Considering the price of this place, you should get a better location. The breakfast was alright. The service is OK. A point I found irritating though was that to book a taxi to the airport costs 500 baht from the hotel. I refused this unnecessarily high rate and opted to have them call a taxi when I was ready. The taxi came, we loaded our bags, and as we departed the driver said he wouldn't turn on the meter and informed us the price was 400 baht! Granted, this is not entirely the hotel's fault; but it would not have happened had they not had a ridiculous rate of 500 baht. The hotel shouldn't make you feel like they're shaking you down for money like the people on the street, but they are....It all just left me with a very bad feeling about the place and I won't be returning.
Generally a good stay. The staff is responsive and the kitchen is a nice plus. The pool is okay. The rooms ending in 15 (315, 415) have a blocked view and half the window of the other rooms of the same size. The internet is unstable and cuts out often.
Everything is quite good just a little bit far walking to the main road but there is a tuktuk service. The internet is very slow. For overall, this hotel is good.
Rooms were really clean and it came with a kitchen. Rooms were fully equipped with good facilities. Huge rooms and we booked it at a really good price. Will definitely come back here again on my next trip.
